Our building, Foster Tower, will undergo a concrete restoration (spalling repair) project beginning August 2025. We expect construction noise (hammering, drilling, etc.) during weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Access to the unit may be required if the restoration project crew deems it necessary.

To reflect the inconvenience, we have significantly discounted our nightly rates during this period. Guests who:

• Are comfortable with daytime construction activity, and
