Great place to stay and great hospitality. The family loved the proximity to the beach. The swings right outside and being up in the trees.
The property is lovely, the loft in particular is a very calming space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. The beach is extremely close and very private. My only complaints would be lack of air conditioning and difficulty finding the location after hours. Besides that, our stay was lovely and relaxing and the host was prompt to answer any questions and welcome us.

We stayed for two weeks and the property was the perfect place to stay on the North Shore.
The property has everything you need for your stay. It is very open planned and with the windows open a refreshing breeze blows through. It is also located beside the beach, which from what we could make out only has residents of the area there. Parking was never an issue to find on the street.
It takes about 15 minute drive to beautiful Haleiwa and around 50 mins to an hour to Honolulu.
We couldn’t recommend this property high enough and will definitely be returning to stay here, when we return to Oahu.
The stay was great. Beach was just a short walk away and the proximity was close to the other beaches that we like such as Sharks cove, Waimea bay, and the turtle beach just west of Waimea bay. Also a short drive to Tanaka shrimp and Laia where the Polynesian Cultural Center is.
This property is truly perfect if you're looking to explore the North side of the island. So close to the beach, lots of hiking trails to choose from. The host, Chris, was great with communication and provided lots of amazing amenities that many rentals don't offer. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my vacation! Would highly recommend.

Loved that this place was minutes away from the beach. We planned most of our days away from the house, but when we needed groceries or take out, it was only 10-15 mins away. There is no AC but most windows have screens and there are multiple quiet fans. There is only one futon couch that is not very comfortable and barely fits 4 adults. Just one more cozy chair would have been nice. Dishware and spices are sitting out on shelves so we had to wash everything before using either because they were dusty or dirty from previous guests. Spices were chunky fromhumidity so couldn’t use. Not thrilled with the old Teflon pans to cook with but we made due. Appreciated a place to hose off feet after the beach. Pretty close to the road so noise could be an issue for some. Overall, the place is simple and airy and the host was welcoming.
We just returned from the most magical stay at this treehouse on Sunset Beach, and I honestly can’t say enough good things! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a storybook — tucked away among the trees!The treehouse itself is beautifully designed — cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfortable, and waking up to sunlight filtering through the branches was an experience I won’t forget. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Just a short stroll to the beach and close enough to local shops and cafes without losing the feeling of seclusion. It felt like our own little slice of paradise.Our host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. You can tell they put a lot of heart into creating a peaceful, memorable space for their guests!If you’re looking for a unique, romantic, and restorative getaway — this is it.
A comfortable place with great daylight. Easy access to Sunset Beach. Had everything we needed to get ready for the day.
Loved it. Exactly as described. Walkable to so many amazing north shore spots. Great base for further exploring of Oahu!
The location of this rental is everything, just steps from the beach and right on a bike path that takes you to many other beautiful North Shore beaches. The loft was clean and just as described, perfect for our small family of three. Chris was great with checking in and also giving us our privacy, thank you for a great stay!!
Chris was so welcoming and helpful on all levels. From the bbq, beach supplies, house amenities, beach access, hike suggestions and so much more. Offer for late checkout without us asking we will definitely recommend this beautiful loft! Thank you Chris!

I have been the islands many times, but this was my first opportunity to stay in this historic stretch of the North Shore. Our host was fantastic and was super helpful to make sure that we found the right place. It's not difficult to find but it was dark when we arrived so he came out to help usarrived and he came outsidus
Chris made sure everything was perfect for my son and I.The location was excellent, house had everything we needed, very clean, quiet and comfortable.I felt at home and communication was outstanding!!I highly recommend!!Jeffrey
What a good spot to explore from and specially to watch the waves surfers and one evening humpback whales! Communication with Chris was easy and supportive.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Super comfortable, all necessary amenities included and steps away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We will be back!!
We loved the open, airy feel. It jad everything we needed. Chris was great. He was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. He mad suggestions of things we could do or eat. Check in was so easy. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Would recommend!!!

What an amazing place to stay, just a couple of houses down from the beach access. The location is the best and the place itself was great to chill and relax with everything on your doorstep, the bike path, the beach , amazing takeaway spots - teds bakery, food trucks. The outside deck was just sweet to enjoy the nights after exploring or enjoying the beach.Chris was amazing with his communication and gave great insight's of the surrounding area. Hiring bikes and going up and down the North shore bike path was the highlight for my daughter who just cant wait to go back. We just loved our time at Chris place and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the North Shore of Oahu. We will definitely coming back to stay again.
The studio was perfect for our family. Loved the location, bright windows, tall ceilings. Our daughter loved the loft bed and the deck and bbq area were nice. Amenities were just right for a short or long stay. The host was friendly and helpful.would definitely come back.
We had a great stay in this excellent location. Close to the surf, walk to the beach. Everything you need to cook meals at home. Simple and comfortable, great host.

Due to its proximity to many of the North Shore’s best breaks I highly recommend this unit to surfers. It is steps to the beach and awesome bike trail. It’s pretty no frills in terms of comfort but was great for my surfing family.
Chris provided my partner and I an amazing place to stay for a couple of nights, truly a dream. The atmosphere of the place once you step inside trumps everything; it was breezy and cool, quiet except for the ocean crash of waves, and there was a great deal of space to walk around and store everything you needed. While the indoor areas was a dream I will warn that the driving/parking situation is very very cramped- though that’s not at fault of the host- and though despite the place being in quite a cramped area, we felt as if we had enough privacy to keep us comfortable. Lovely little place if you’re looking for a spot tucked away on Oahu.
We really enjoyed our time here. The host was very accommodating and politely told us a lot of good information about the north shore. We were able to take in some of the sunset beach surfing tournament while we were here and had our best meal on the island at roy’s beach house at turtle bay.
