Great views. The unit was clean, well-furnished, and the windows were clean. Wifi was satisfactory. Lots of table and overhead lamps with very bright lighting. Big screen TVs with good streaming capabilities. The AC was very good as were the fans, and controls were easy to figure out. Lots of outlets, including plug-in blocks on the nightstands for charging phones, plugging in clocks, etc. The unit was quiet and we did not hear much noise from units beside or above us. However, the front door was difficult to operate (I had to lean against it to get the deadbolt to work) and winds caused a howling whistle all night. The microwave is a joke - too small (a microwave popcorn could not turn) and severely underpowered (only 700W). All the hinges on the kitchen cabinets need replacing. The coffee filters provided were 4-6 cup size, but the coffee maker is 12 cup, so we had to go out and purchase filters. The beach is gone. I wish I had known that - I would have chosen another facility.And to add insult to injury, you failed to include parking. NOBODY rents this place without having a car, so the daily parking should have been included in the VRBO fee instead of being an add-on. The threat of 25 per bag of garbage is insulting as well.
Check in was a breeze! The kitchen is well equipped as well. Paper towels and plenty of garbage bags were there for use.
The condo fit our needs and wants well. The views were spectacular, having a full kitchen was nice and the beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella were definitely a bonus.
We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals over the years in many different locations. This is by far away the best we’ve ever stayed in. You can’t beat the 10th floor about 30 feet off of the ocean with turtles swimming directly below your balcony and whales breaching in the horizon. Not to mention the unit itself is beautifully appointed with updated furniture and a massive television. It also comes equipped with everything you need for the beach for six people: six backpack style beach, chairs, three umbrellas, three coolers and a plethora of Sandcastle making toys. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit!
We spent a very relaxing week celebrating my mother’s 82nd birthday. The 180 degree view from the balcony (and almost everywhere in the condo) is gorgeous. Saw lots of whale activity and some turtles. Appreciated the binoculars! Also appreciate the beach chairs and towels. Great communication from the property group. Very easy check in. Very comfortable. My only suggestion would be that they provide more cooking basics. Plenty of equipment, but only salt and pepper and coffee. I like to cook on my vacations but don’t like to have to buy even olive oil. But the food trucks were nearby so we definitely didn’t starve! You will need a car here. Not a lot to walk to. Otherwise were very happy with our stay

I spent an entire week at this property and had an incredible experience. It was furnished perfectly and in an incredible location with a perfect view. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and supplied with everything I could have needed during my stay. The pictures do not do this location justice. I would give this experience a 10 out of 10 and would recommend this property and the property management team to everyone.
The condo was amazing and the lanai and views were simply perfection. Spent a lot of time out there when we were in the condo. Countless turtle sightings and nightly sunsets were beautiful. Would def recommend this unit.

The condo was comfortable, clean, fully stocked, and a pleasure to experience. Oh and did I mention the view!!!!???? So relaxing and beautiful!!! The management company was very available and answered all questions and concerns. The only drawback about this property is that there is no beach access or availability. Short walk to small beach close by. We would definitely stay here again!!
The unit we stayed in was very nice, updated and clean. The building itself is very dated and there are doing some renovations. Our other family members were staying in units that are not privately owned and the difference is night and day. The only issue is the clothes dryer took FOREVER to dry laundry. Other than that everything was great!!

This is our 6th consecutive year staying in the Kaanapali area and by far this team provided the best experience we've ever had. The unit was perfect and anytime we had a question, somebody got to us within minutes. I wouldn't have changed a thing for our entire stay. We won't be using anyone else from now on.
