Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We love the location of this property. It's our 2nd time staying here. Having a beach across the street without the over crowded feel of the tourist area makes the trip more relaxing. The location is extremely convenient for day trips around the island. The condos are always clean, well stocked with all the beach equipment you need and perfectly sized for a family of four.

Loved the location and the stay. The floors were filthy and most dishes in the kitchen had food stuck / dried on them. Once we washed all the dishes we were going to use and cleaned the floors, it was great. We loved the extras this place had to offer (beach chairs, lots of towels, beach wagon, coolers, etc...) Maybe we just had bad luck with the cleanliness issue; but who wants to spend hours cleaning someone else's home while on vacation?

Wonderful location and beautiful grounds. Being on a ground floor was so nice because my kids could run around on the lawn as much as they wanted, and they loved looking for geckos. Easy access to the pool, and very short walk to K3 beach. We had an amazing time!

Unit 2-101 is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in at Kamaole Sands. A clean and spacious ground floor condo in a great location. It has everything you could possibly need. We always book through PMI. They have the best units and they have always gone above and beyond !

This was unit exceeded our expectations! It was clean, very well stocked and comfortable for our 12 night stay. PMI's service is 10/10. When we arrived late at night with kids, it was clear PMI had prepared the unit for us. They turned on the fan and lights and made up the sofabed. So much more comforting that walking into a dark room. The location is excellent - close to the pools and BBQ's and a quick walk to the beach. This unit was everything we needed for our family of five. We are looking forward to rebooking for next year.
