Only one complaint- could have used more beach towels. We were four adults and only four beach towels. Needed another four for afternoons at the pool.
This property was perfect for a much needed week away with our family of four. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The owner had beach gear and even a cart to take down to the beach which was a 5 min walk down a lovely green belt. The location allowed us the easily explore the island. The food in neighborhood Koloa was outstanding. Try Break Feast for breakfast and Koloa pizza. The property owner provided excellent communication.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. We have two teenage boys, who really enjoyed having their own single bed to sleep in, as well as their own bathroom. Master bathroom was comfortable and clean. We loved the location as it is walking distance to the beach, sunset, and restaurants. It was nice they had a cooler to use and kitchen well stocked. The AC worked great.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was immaculately clean, has a modern look and great amenities, such as air conditioning and washer/dryer in the unit. It is in a quiet area with a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the unit. There is a pathway that leads straight to Poipu Beach. It is in a convenient location to nearby shopping and within 30 minutes of Lihue airport. The owner was extremely communicative and friendly. She sincerely wants to make your stay easy and enjoyable. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon, and towels to use for trips to the beach - a thoughtful convenience for out-of-towners. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your stay at this condo. It was a great experience!
I took my family to Kauai for 10 days. This place is absolutely beautiful and is located in a great location. Its walking distance to Poipu beach with good body surf waves on a sandy beach( not many in Kauai). A short walk to the beautiful Grand Hyatt. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Why pay the same price for a one room hotel when you can have an entire home. Our host Dominika made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to the beaches, viewing sunrises & sunsets, coffee shop, etc. several good restaurants within a few minute’s drive.
We did have issue with the dishwasher, though, which the property manager attempted to fix. It ended up not being a huge deal because we ate out so much.
This condo is very comfortable, attractive, clean, and perfectly located on South Shore Kaua’i. Owner Dominika was very responsive before and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Anything we needed for the beach was stored on the Lanai. A highlight was the amazing boat ride by Makala/Like Kawa’i boat company, which took us into some sea caves along the NaPali Coast. The condo is also close to Waimea Canyon for great hiking. Wow. We heartily recommend this spacious home away from home.
We loved our stay at Poipu Villas! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location was fabulous, the air conditioning delightful, and the beach supplies much appreciated!
