Wonderful remodeled and updated condo. On the first floor next to the parking lot for easy load and unloading. Two walk-in showers with hand held shower wands, everything is on one level. Great for disabled people. Loved the beach decor! Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning was heavenly. Large dining table to seat six people. Ten minute walk to the beach through the resort that is beautifully manicured. You do have a unit above you. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Would have liked snorkel gear or a boogie board. The owners are very easy to contact and converse with. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! We loved the spacious condo with the 2 separate bedroom/bathrooms. It was clean and functional! Location was perfect! We would love to come back. thank you
The property is nice. Within walking distance to the beach, if beaching it is what you like. It is a fair distance from Lihue for any sight-seeing there or a good store for groceries. The condo was spacious and set up well. My only complaint is that the lanai overlooks the parking lot, and because it is on the first floor, not very private.

Good - The unit was spacious and quiet with convenient parking and easy access to main road. Towels, beach chairs and other amenities were plentiful. No roaches or other pests were observed inside unit. Trash disposal close by. AC worked fine.
Bad - Patio faced the parking lot and street; no privacy. King bed in the master sagged badly in the middle. Clothes washer was filthy; rubber door seal full of hair and slimy mildew. Refrigerator water dispenser leaked. Key fob for access to pool was missing.
Beginning in 2012, my friend & I have gone to Kauai every year for a "girls' trip." Leaving our husbands at home, we visit Kauai to hike some of Kauai's numerous and beautiful trails. This condo definitely rates as our favorite condo of all our visits. It was very clean, check-in and out were a breeze, the central AC worked great and the location is central to whatever activities you choose to participate in. We highly recommend it!!
Our family stayed here for our first visit to Kauai. It was a great place to stay with Al the amenities we needed. Ghe property is located near many shops and restaurants and it’s a 5 minute and very beautiful walk to the beach. communication with the property owner was easy and they were very responsive.
Stayed there for 9 days. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.
As advertised. Walking distance to the beach, gorgeous hikes and scenery, restaurants and bars. Very well appointed, comfortable, and lovely. Hope to come back.
This corner unit was great! Loved having an AC, beds were comfy, close to everything we wanted to do.
This location was great. The open floor plan, big kitchen and 2 bathrooms was perfect for my families stay. It’s also super close to the beach and other little shops.
The stay was nice and the house bery beautiful. We have little bit time to find the room. We couldn't find the parking pass and we got a warning ticket. We Probably need more better direction for next time. Over all Everything was good, but for futures
recommendations maybe the beds needs a better mattress. Thank you !
The property seemed nicer online than in person, but not by much. The condo was spotless which I much appreciated. Complaints were that there was only salt and pepper in the kitchen no other spices to cook with. Only 1 kitchen towel and only 2 regular spoons. The lanai was facing the parking lot so we didn't use it as much as we would if it had been more private. The guests up stairs were very noisy early in the am as well as late into the eve. Other than that the condo is in a great spot, the pool is nice and the area is clean and feels very safe.
We moved to this unit after staying in two larger units with our kids and grandkids. This was just perfect for two-four people. Easy walk to the beachs on the greenway. Would definitely stay here again.
