This Regency 311 condo will make your vacation to Poipu Beach one to remember! This corner unit offers privacy and lush, tropical surroundings. It has consistent trade breezes, but also has a split air conditioning system, with A/C units installed in both bedrooms and in the living room. There are four ceiling fans to keep everyone cool and comfortable.
The condo is one of the larger Poipu condos containing 1263 sq. ft. of interior space, plus two lanais adding 140 more square feet of outdoor relaxation space. One lanai has a charming outdoor dining nook with a chaise lounger. The second private lanai is connected to the master bedroom, and is surrounded by tropical foliage.
The master bedroom has two Sealy Posturepedic queen mattresses. It has an en suite bathroom with dual sinks. The second bedroom has a California King Westin Sealy Heavenly mattress and upgraded rosewood furniture. Both bedrooms have their own new HDTVs.
It is only a short walk to beautiful Poipu Beach, but free on-site parking is available so you can easily explore the Garden Island by car.
Some beach gear, games, movies, and books are included at the unit for your convenience and enjoyment! Several gas BBQ grills are located on the grounds, and BBQ utensils are provided in the unit.
When you are tired from exploring the gorgeous island, enjoy the three pools in the community, or head to the club to enjoy the great amenities!

Large family vacation renting 3 units in this property. Each unit was configured for each family. This unit perfect for our family of four. Love the location with almost private lanai and close to the pool

My husband, brother, sister-in-law and I had the best time! We have been to Kauai many times but my brother and sister are first timers. The condo was spectacular and just as described! Perfect location for a nice walk to the beach! We had more than enough beach gear except for the body boards (all 4 are broken). We will definitely be back in the future! We had a wonderful stay at #311 in Poipu Kai. This VRBO is in the perfect spot for pool, pickleball and beach accessibility. It accommodated our group of 7 well. The grounds are beautiful! The condo was comfortable and had all the things we needed! We plan to come back again!

The condo was perfect for our family! It was larger than I expected. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and great location to explore the south side of Kauai. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a fantastic central location for enjoying Kauai. The property is very spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen and baths are a little dated but everything works. The AC was a big plus. The beach is an easy and safe 10-minute walk. We would gladly stay here again.

Good location, quiet, comfortable, could use some upgrades (shower doors, patio door) otherwise had everything we needed including, hand soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, shower items, detergent, and dishwasher detergent.

Our stay at Regency 311 was, for the most part, wonderful. The unit was clean, except for a couple of spots of mildew (not uncommon to even the cleanest units in the tropics) that were easily dealt with. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were tidy. There were a couple of items, such as shower faucets, that require some future repair work- but they were minor.The location was very good with quick access to both Brennecke's and Shipwreck beaches via short walking trails. Additionally, the pool area was very close and well maintained. Nearby koloa town offers a number of good eating options (including La Spezia, Kenji's, and a bunch at nearby Kukui'ula Center. I also had a chance to meet the staff of poipu365 (an office closely & conveniently located near Kenji burger in Koloa town... #Yum!), and they were friendly, charming, and very attentive to any needs (e.g. shower faucets) that I had about the unit.All in all, we would come here again the next time we visit Kauai; I'd recommend this unit for a very pleasant stay!

Everything was perfect. Location is close to the beach. We never had to drive to the beach and would walk the 5-10 minute walk. House is very well stocked and clean for the most part. Bathtubs could use a deep cleaning but all else is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice property. It was clean and in a lovely location on the corner. It was decorated well and had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The gym access was awesome! My only complaint is that the king bed in one of the bedrooms was very uncomfortable. It had holes on each side and needs to be replaced.

Our week long stay was great. Location of the property was ideal for us. Close to poipu beach and everything the south side of Kauai. I think our only small complaint would be that the guest bathroom needs to be updated and the 2nd bedroom had odd smell to it. Other than that, everything was great.
