So many little details that really make a difference - well stocked kitchen, beach accessories, quality linens, beautiful decor, comfortable bedding. It really makes such a huge difference! This condo is stunning, it will wow you when you walk in the front door! Amazing ocean views and gorgeous sunsets every night from the lanei. We could even see sea turtles swimming in the water below! Walking access to the path down to Hideaway beach, which was a fabulous snorkeling and beach spot with shade. Excellent communication from the host, Janet. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to return again!
Location, location, location. The unit was great, but the location was even better. It has the easiest access of any property in Princeville to Hideaway Beach, which is one of the nicest beaches on the island (and the main beach for all of Princeville), in my opinion. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were lots of beach toys, which came in handy. I would definitely stay here again.
Would have been nice to know their were three flights of stairs with no elevator.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5! The views were breathtaking. We ate breakfast and lunch outside overlooking the ocean. The pool was a short walk through the grass and our kids enjoyed swimming there as well. The unit was fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our 2 daughters shared the one BR, my husband and I the other and our son slept on the pull-out couch and had a nice area to himself. We loved being on the north part of the island. Hanalei Bay was amazing and so many beaches nearby with snorkeling or swimming/surfing. Hiking too. The only negative of this unit is it was down two flights of stairs. This was not a problem at all for us and it wasn't that many stairs but my mom would have had a hard time with it especially carrying luggage. Besides that the unit was PERFECT! Hopefully we will be back to the area and we would definitely stay here again!
Great view, great space The main bedroom is amazing. the other not quite as good (if 2 couples you'll fight over main). Remember that all the beach equipment is in closet on patio. we didn't realize till last day. Would definitely stay again.
My partner and I loved watching the whales and surfers from the large lanai. We appreciated the nice beach chairs and it looked like there was enough snorkel equipment and boogie boards in the equipment closet to outfit a crowd. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit, Steve helped get us back in lickety-split.

I've stayed in many different spots in the Princeville area including several in this Condo (Pua Poa). I'd have to say this is one of the best. We enjoyed the ability to walk out onto the lawn and the open patio not to mention the ability to cook and dine outside regardless of what the weather was doing. The kitchen is great for cooking, the beds comfortable and the owners are generous with beach toys and other outdoor items.

Very spacious unit. Prompt response from owner for a minor maintenance issue. Lots of beach gear, but no cooler. Great oceanfront view!

What a gorgeous property! The location is incredibly convenient to access the Hideaway Beach…easy drive to Kapaa and Lihue. Super clean unit, amenities galore to make the stay so comfortable. Definitely a place to revisit! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing condo!!
Spending a week in this location was wonderful. We loved the condo and all that it offered. Lovely views, plenty of room, and quick access to adventures. The owners were incredibly responsive to the things we needed and made recommendations when we asked. We would definitely return.

The condo was excellent. Had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for 2 couples. Great location on the north shore. The lanai was great for early morning coffee or evening relaxing, with outstanding views of the ocean. Host was very easy to work with. Would definitely book again.
Very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Great location for Princeville and Hanalei treks. Whale sightings were numerous. Only negatives are LOTS of steps and can’t see Bali Hai from lanai.
