Very clean, wonderful kitchen, very nicely decorated. Everything perfect. We loved the trail to the beach, and so close to hanalei beach and restaurants. My only suggestion is to replace front door e-lock, it was a temperamental difficult lock with a long code. Other than that, owners have a lovely condo.

The place is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for bedding and towels and the kitchen had everything you’d ever need. The location in Princeville was convenient to access the whole island and very close yo amenities.

The house was well equipped kitchen wise. Had all the linens in the world we needed. Beautifully decorated, and the layout was really nice. The location was convenient and close to everything in Princeville. There was only one bed in the loft area that was advertised as a third bedroom. We were not your typical three family couple. It was myself, my daughter, a friend and her daughter, and then my nephew and son. There was no bed for the sixth person so my nephew and son swapped between couch and double bed in the loft all week. Would be more convenient if the chairs in the loft that were never used for anything other than to throw clothes on…..were replaced by a second bed. Even bunk beds would have been better. Or the house needs a blow up bed or a fold out couch. Something! Super inconvenient when you’re not the traditional three couple party. Also, TV in downstairs bedroom never worked even when we asked for new batteries. We got there and there was no batteries in any remotes. We had no kitchen towels or sponges or anything for wiping down counters or doing dishes . But Vacasa was very prompt and responsive and had something to our door within the hour after an email was sent. The only bummer was the bed situation and the living room is not arranged right to watch the TV stuck in the corner. Again, it’s a beautifully decorated home and conveniently located, but the bed situation in the loft needs to be changed, and the living room needs to be rearranged. Master shower was awesome. Great pressure when taking a nice hot shower after the beach. The kitchen had everything needed for making a Christmas dinner sort of a roast pan but that was easily purchased at a grocery store. I would definitely rent from Vacasa again just not the same property.

The place was clean and spacious.
However, this is not a 3 bedroom apartment as advertised, it sleeps 6 people in 2 bedrooms and a loft that is open. Also, there are no solid doors anywhere including the bathrooms. All doors are these shutter style doors that do not provide any privacy.
While there are 3 outdoor spaces, 2 patios and 1 balcony, none of them is inviting as they are completely closed in with plants ( the pictures were takes years ago when the plants were small) and have no view.
There were plenty of fans and the no A/C was not a problem and since the entire complex doesn’t have ac, it was very quiet at night.
The beach is about 0.3 miles away down a steep hill that is very slippery after rain. The pool itself is nice, but small and there is no hot tub or gym for the complex.
Overall an ok stay, but I stayed in multiple other places on the island that were much better, especially for the money.

I've been to Kauai / Princeville a few times and this was a great condo to stay in. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed (beach chairs, beach towels, etc.). The location is great and close to Hanalei and the beaches. The rooms and bathrooms are big and clean.
