We loved being able to walk to Anini beach and snorkel every day, and the location was fantastic for being close to so many great beaches. The supermarket was also really close.The property could use a deep clean in the nooks and crannies, and ideally they would provide more than 3 packets of laundry detergent for a 9-night stay, but the kitchen is a great set up, the washer and dryer and bathrooms are great, so overall it is a wonderful option.We tried to put 2 teens in the trundle, but it's impossible to sleep like that, so we took the trundle mattress off and put it on the floor.
Much about this rental is good- kitchen is fully equipped, beach gear, quiet neighbours, good location for north shore beaches, and walk to little beach. The place was clean, However we had to kill roaches throughout our stay including in the bedroom and bed. I reported this the day we arrived. And as with other review the master room bed needs a new mattress as it sinks in the middle. We spent a week before in Poipu at a great place and gave a 10 out of 10 review and have been to Kauai three times and other islands many times and have never had insect or other challenges. Someone else in a review mentioned roaches. I hope they get the insect problem solved ongoing
Great place to stay on North side of island. The only reason I have it a 4 on cleanliness is some of the furniture is a bit worn and could use an update. Property management team was great to work with and very helpful. Would stay again
Overall was great, the place could have been a little cleaner, but the bedding was clean and fresh. The pull out bed was broken but functioned well enough. It was missing an outdoor table which would have been great to have. Overall we really liked it and though it is outdated, I would stay here again.
Too many rules and lacking basic amenities, no coffee filters, beach towels or complimentary shampoo and conditioner.
What a great condo! Clean, quiet and ocean view. Doesn’t get much better.
Great place for our family, all neighbors were very nice and kind. Would definitely recommend to other family’s with children under 13. comfortable living for a week stay in paradise. Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful and spacious 2BR for our anniversary and were thrilled with our stay. The openness of the unit made it very comfortable and we could enjoy the garden views from the master loft bedroom, living room and the kitchen. We enjoyed coffee and drinks on the lanai whenever possible, taking advantage of the views down to Anini Beach and the shade provided by the large tree in the garden. We grilled some Mahi on the lanai’s grill (bought from the fish market behind The Dolphin in Hanalei - highly recommend).The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fans (combined with a smaller plug-in fan provided) made the temperature comfortable the entire time. Because of the high ceilings, this unit feels very big. We didn’t need it, but there is a second bedroom and bathroom that would be great for a family. We loved that this is a corner unit. And on the other side of the Westin driveway is a golf course. The property was very quiet the entire time which made our stay more relaxed and enjoyable. We enjoyed taking the 6-8 minute walk down to Anini Beach through the lush green jungle-like trail. And once at the beach...it was almost totally private and only a handful of other guests ventured down. The sandbar reached for the length of a football field, and the water is calm and perfect for taking a morning dip (while the wife would scour the beach for shells and coral to add to the unit’s collection — remember: we shouldn’t take anything from the beach back to the mainland!). If you are traveling anywhere on Kauai, make sure to bring spray for the bugs, and some earplugs for the roosters. It’s their island, and we’re just visiting.My wife and I can’t wait to come back to this unit soon!
The condo was very clean and in a great location. There was no problem with anything we needed. Loved the ocean view from the patio outside the back door. This was my second time in Princeville and my daughter’s first. The condo was very nice and I would completely stay here again.
This is a nice property and a great area, but unfortunately, it was not disclosed that the roof was being replaced. They offered a one day credit that did not include the fees associated with the stay. When I asked them to include the fees for the credit, they told me they felt their offer was fair. It also needs to be exterminated because my guest that stayed with me found a large cockroach. Hawaii is known to have wild roosters and chickens running around, but I had hoped there would not be many at this location, but unfortunately, they start crowing at 1:30 in the morning.
We loved our stay. They provided everything we needed and there was a lot of space. The walk to the beach is beautiful but could be pretty challenging for some.

The management company should deal with the roosters which live in the parking lot. I live in Hawaii as well and every few months have to trap and relocate roosters so my tenants can sleep. This should especially be done in an area with high occupancy and no air conditioning which means we have to have windows open as they units are already especially hot upstairs in the loft where the bed is. I guess I missed the fine print that the unit is also right on the road to the Westin and there is some traffic noise. The main bed was not great. My tall partner kept bumping his feet on the high profile foot board and the mattress had us rolling toward the middle most of the time.
Comfortable and convenient very grateful to be able to extend our stay a few days to deal with an illness.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable, clean, new carpet, spacious, everything we needed. We also had a nice view of the ocean. Walking distance to the Westin where we ate a great dinner one night at Nanea. Other amenities very close by. By far, our favorite thing about this condo was that it was directly next to a trail that took you on a short hike down to beautiful Anini Beach. The only "con" was that it was right next to the small road leading into the Westin, but all of the positives outweighed this and at night there was never any car traffic. I would highly recommend!
This is a great location. I loved the beaches on this side of the island. Hanalei Beach was our favorite. We had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, pretty lanai, and we made great use of the beach chairs. That was a real plus. The landlord was quick to answer questions. This is a great place to stay!

The unit was very easy to find and I was readily updated via text regarding our arrival, where to park, and how to access the unit. Parking pass is necessary for this location and it was missing from the property. The resident manager was supposed to drop off a replacement but that never happened. I believe we were lucky to not get towed because we did see a few cars getting towed during our stay.Overall, the unit is in a great location, close to Anini Beach with a great view of the ocean. The amenities are a bit dated but fully functional. It does look like the showers were updated more recently. We loved our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

Property was neat and tidy, all amenities available as listed. Great views from the back patio and a trail to beach access close by. Wahser/Dryer sets off the smoke alarm, but all in all...a great property to stay and relax!
