Great condo in great location! Very clean & well kept! Plenty of room for family of 6. Comfortable beds. Everything was great!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook dinners, and the living room had new, comfortable couches where our family could relax together, watch TV, and enjoy each other’s company. The bedrooms were clean and inviting, and we really appreciated being able to use the beach gear—especially the cooler, which was perfect for packing lunches and drinks. We stayed for 6 nights and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
This condo was better than we expected! The couch in the living room is brand new and comfy, not the one pictured, which was a pleasant surprise. The condo had everything we needed and the property is beautiful! We are a family of 6 and we were all very comfortable during our stay.

I hate leaving anything but five star reviews but hopefully a few constructive comments will be helpful to the owners and property managers. The house was clean and fit our needs, and we enjoyed staying in the heart of princeville. Location was great for the price. For the constructive criticism, I’m comparing this to the dozens of other rentals we’ve stayed in. I understand that the owners are trying to conserve electricity but we walked into a very hot condo after a long day of traveling. The AC was not on and it was cooler outside than inside. It took us a long time to get the house to 75 degrees. So perhaps someone can cool the condo before the guests arrive. Second, there is a wonderful pool and hot tub areas with bbq’s. However, we did not have any bbq utensils available to us. The property managers were very responsive but eventually they told us we could buy our own and they would reimburse us. Third, the toys in the garage that are offered are in a bit of disrepair. There was a foam surfboard that was waterlogged and unusable and two of the three bikes had flat tires that when pumped up kept deflating. We had to stick the bike pump in our backpack to ride around so we could keep pumping up the tires. And lastly, some of the vertical blinds in the downstairs bedroom are missing, which is why my daughter kept changing in the bathroom. All of these are minor but the reason for my four star review. I think a few small fixes would make this property competitive.

Close to town and shopping. It was very quiet you never heard the neighbors. Our family of 8 fit perfectly.
Absolutely great vacation rental. The entire home was clean, comfortable and came with a lot of extras. We had access to all the beach “needs”, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, flippers and goggles. It had it all, just like home. Highly recommended. It was great!
The property was just as described and everything was smooth. The property managers were very communicative. They even provided water shoes, body boards, snorkels, etc which was really nice.
This condo is a perfect home base for anyone wanting to enjoy the North Side of Kauai. Grounds are very nice, so is the pool. Condo is clean. Management company was easy to deal with. Check in was easy. Only downside to this place is lack of patio or outside space. However, we would rather be at the beach and exploring. So we didn’t want or need that. Overall, great place that we would utilize again. We love the slower pace of Hanalei/Princeville. No place like it!
Well equipped for small space-everything you could need. Great pool nearby for all ages. Responsive owner/manager. Easy access to Hanalei. Drive a couple neighborhoods over for sunset views.
