What a lovely place, spacious and bright. The lanai opens to lush green! Super close to Hanalei shops and restaurants. Keith sent us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Great stay!

It’s a cozy homey place with A/C which is a bonus. Home has a little bit of wear and tear; and needs a little TLC but it’s to be expected for a rental in the tropics. Keith was a great communicator. Check in was easy. Kitchen is well stocked. The pool is a nice touch with kiddos. Plenty of space for a small family with comfortable beds. Looking forward to be back again next time! We loved staying at Keith's place! It was absolutely perfect for us and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like fresh flowers, granola, and a personalized welcome video. We also loved being able to borrow his beach gear! Keith just went above and beyond to show us hospitality in every possible way. The thing we might have appreciated most of all were Keith's recommendations! It was like having a local friend to give us insider tips and guidance and we really relied on his helpful guide. 10/10 would recommend staying here. We could not have asked for a better accommodation for our family! Mahalo, Keith!
It was so nice after a day of adventure to come back to an air conditioned place and nice pool.
We had a wonderful week at the condo- Keith was the best host I have come across- so helpful and keen to make our stay outstanding. We loved everything about the condo- it was very comfortable and great having aircon. The pool was an added bonus- the photos don’t do it justice.

Great property and location! It was a very comfortable. My wife liked wandering off in the middle of the night to enjoy the gorgeous loft bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. Walk down to the beach is just minutes away.And Keith is a great host! We appreciated Keith's communication and guidance in making our experience in Princeville and Kauai great. And I appreciated all the gear (bogey boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs umbrella) available. It made our time great there.

Quiet, beautiful garden location centrally located to everything on the north shore. All the amenities we needed were provided from beach chairs to a cooler. Host was very accommodating and we had no questions at arrival because he was in touch before we left home so we could just unpack and relax.
Property had everything we needed and in a fantastic location as well. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Kauai. Mahalo Keith!

We were two female friends coming from Oahu for a short getaway. Keith was extremely thoughtful and organized and provided a helpful welcome video as well as email, written instructions etc. He was very responsive when we reached out with questions before our arrival. There are beach chairs, towels and some snorkeling gear for guests which is not often provided. Kitchen is well stocked but could use an electric kettle and tea pot. Beds are OK. Pillows need improvement. The unit would benefit greatly from some upgrades for old, tired features.

Well stocked kitchen, great air conditioning, nice assortment of family games. Good location to Princeville market. Hard to find unit at night, although well documented. Only thing I wished was for blackout curtains in master bedroom and living room( loft layout)it’s very bright and with the roosters, you’re up early.
We just got back from a week stay at this condo in Princeville and it was lovely. The owner made sure that we had everything we could have possibly needed and was a great communicator. We really loved the little touches, like the fresh flowers, granola and a binder full of all kinds of great advice about the island. The location was perfect for us, as we spent the majority of the time on the North Shore. It was a quick entry into the community from the highway and a nearby hike down to Willey Beach. Our only complaint was that the showers were a little moldy on the caulking. My little girl doesn't like showers and we didn't feel super comfortable letting her soak in the tub. It's an older place (like most of the places in the area) but other than that, it was absolutely spectacular and we would definitely stay there again.
The owner of this VRBO goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests and ensure their stay is a positive and fun filled experience.From the moment I booked his condo, he was in communication with me, recommending activities to do during our stay, answering questions in great detail and accommodating us when unexpected construction on the pavement limited our access to the front door.The condo is centrally located in a cute resort community and a short drive to beaches, towns and stores. You can walk to the beach, if you’re okay with a steep path. The floor plan is open, spacious and clean. Having 2 floors for 2 couples was ideal! Special touches, such as an expresso maker and French press for coffee was nice, as well as games, literature about the island and everything needed to grill and cook meals. Keith was an excellent host!

Quiet and comfortable location. We prefer the North end of the island for its beauty and chill atmosphere. The host is excellent in his communication and thoughtfulness. Plan to return!
This is our second year to stay in this condo. Very comfortable, clean and close to everything on the north shore. Great A/C as well. Owner is very responsive and provides his own personal guide to Kauai which we found very helpful. Will definitely return.
Keith was excellent with communication and personalizing our visit. Great welcome video and wonderful arriving to soft music and lighting. We arrived at 10 p.m. and it was a touch dicey getting to the unit as the complex's outside lighting was very sparse, felt like we had to 'feel' our way to the unit. Once in, though, we were very comfortable. The unit itself is very accommodating with just about everything anyone would need for a short or lengthy stay. Some aspect of the unit were a touch worn i.e. the countertop tile and washing machine, and we could not get the 1st floor BR ceiling fan to work as we would have preferred that over the a/c.Short walk down the hill to the beach, and local amenities, including hiking & groceries, etc, were easily accessible. Our first visit to Kauai in 45 years, 2.5 day was too short to take alot in, but it was nice to give it a current 'test run'. We are a swimming group, so the waters and alerts during the winter seemed a bit restrictive, but now we know;-)Thank you Keith and family for sharing your piece of heaven with us! Liz H and family
This property is a great choice for your stay on the north shore of Kauai! The host, Keith, is the best we've ever worked with. He is welcoming, responsive, attentive, gives personal suggestions for your trip, and makes a significant effort to ensure you have a nice stay. The property itself is also very comfortable. It has great lighting, a well-stocked kitchen, gear for you to use including boogie boards, snorkel gear, and beach chairs (among other items), and is very well located (only a few minutes down into Princeville Center and 10 minutes to Hanalei). Our family will definitely be staying at this property again on a future trip to Kauai if it's available.
The unit is well stocked and very clean. Owner easy to reach and had great recos for restaurants. AC unit works great - quick and quiet. Liked having the Westin a short walk away. Everything went very smoothly for our group of 4.

Great accommodations on Kauai! We stayed for a week with another couple and found everything we needed in the condo! The place was quiet, clean and comfortable! The location was great, just a short walk to Annini Beach and a quick drive to shopping and sites. The host was gracious and available if needed! We would definitely stay again! Fabulous!

We had an awesome stay in this very comfortable condo. If you want to stay in Princeville, this condo is highly recommed! It was very clean and had everything you needed for a carefree vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and had among others brand new non-stick pans and really sharp kitchen knife. The modern A/C was so appreciate and the beds are very comfortable. Keith is an excellent host and communicates and checks in offering to assists with abything you needed. We loved to sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening and enjoyed the beautiful garden view.

This condo is a dream come true in literal Paradise! We are welcomed by Beautiful flowers a lovely welcome introduction on the Alexa, condo was so clean and smelt so good. There was ample parking walking distance to a beach. The beds were so comfortable. I can't wait to return.
