We had an amazing experience with Seth and this property. It was exactly what we needed for our family. The home was spacious and had everything we could think of that we needed. I appreciate the thought to detail in all the offerings for the house (all the beach equipment, towels, kids eating plates, cups and utensils, etc). We cannot wait to book this place again when we come back to Kauai.

We had the best time the property is in a nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to a kids park that’s hold weekly farmers market, and a short walk to princeville shopping center. We had a toddler so all the baby things were a great addition from high chair to beach toys. The kitchen was great for nightly cooked meals. The house was fully stocked from towels to blankets. it also rained half of our trip so the open windows and greenery made it feel so relaxing. The neighbors do have cats so they did make a lot of noise at night but luckily our sound machine blocked it out. Other than that we highly recommend this place.
property was wonderful. kitchen well stocked. home was clean and inviting. nice neighborhood, close to groceries. the beach stuff was a great addition , we appreciated not having to pack all that from Idaho !

We stayed at this property with our two children (3 and 1) and my in-laws. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. My kids loved the large yard and the toys. It was so convenient having a pack n play, high chair, and everything for the beach. It even had a cabinet full of kids dishes and silverware. The master shower is amazing and the mini splits keep the rooms very comfortable. The house is walking distance to the shopping center, library, park, and farmers market. I would definitely rent it again if we’re back in Kauai!
