We had a great stay at the Plantation at Princeville! The condo was large, clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The Plantation property is in a great location, great walking/biking paths, close to the Haena shuttle stop, and the pool and clubhouse were great.It was really nice to have beach chairs, water shoes, snorkels and other water gear available in the garage. We would have brought less if we'd known!Check-in and communication with the property manager was excellent and easy. The property was ready early which was great. Check out was easy as well. There were plenty of towels, including pool/beach towels, for all four of us, as well as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The washer and dryer were easy to use and there were laundry pods and dryer sheets available. Likewise, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker and filter, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, range and oven, as well as other kitchen gadgets, dishes, silverware and everything we needed to make meals. The dishwasher was a great bonus too.The third bedroom and bathroom are not connected to the central air, but there's a portable AC in the bedroom that works great. We also had to purchase extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Also be sure to read the house rules to make sure you know what you need to do while you're staying and at check out.
Our family had a great time and the condo was perfect! All the amenities anyone could ask for, clean and convenient. Lots of beach gear to use too. We will definitely recommend to friends and hope to return!

Nice, large 3 bedroom. Nice master suite. Big Lanai/deck. On 2nd (top) floor. Private locked garage. Lots of sliding glass doors for pleasant breezes. Strong AC when needed. 3rd bedroom has a desk. Clean. Nice bedding. Beach towels. Beach chairs. Convenient location.
The place was as advertised, very clean, well furnished, roomy, very comfortable beds, great patio! It is centrally situated in Princeville, close to everything. Complex is well kept, very nice pool/hot-tub, and grilling area. The unit has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel equipment available in the garage, and a good sized beach cooler in the pantry. WiFi, TV all good. Everything you need!The beach towels provided for use are a little thin (don’t work well to dry off), kitchen could use some more basic spices- but we weren't sweating picking up a few things to supplement.The clubhouse has reasonably accessible set hours to access the gym equipment, which is pretty versatile, allowing me to complete weekly lifting. Walking access is great- have been doing a daily 3.8mi loop walk to old Club Med Trail, to Pu’u Poa Beach, looping back up the public access stairs adjoining 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. Way more enjoyable than just walking on area sidewalks.Property manager advance coordination was thorough and check in was a breeze. They were prompt in responding when reached out about beach equipment by providing the garage code.Would stay here again for sure!
