Lovely home that's very clean! A great location near lots of cool beaches and activites. The host was very responsive and provided everything we needed to make it a wonderful Kauai vacation!
This condo has it all! Super comfortable and the garage is loaded. It has everything you need. 3 different size coolers, all beach items, and even water shoes. Six adults stayed here and we all had plenty of room. I will definitely come back.

Staying at this condo did not disappoint. It is very peaceful and the location was close to everything we wanted to do on the north shore. The condo was very clean and Laura was an excellent host who made sure you had everything you needed for the beach (the beach chairs were a plus). In addition, Laura sent me a very well done trip planning guide of restaurants, trails and information about all the beaches and what to expect at each beach. Overall the experience was excellent and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Princeville is gorgeous with stunning views. You will fall in love with it! Thank you again Laura for being an excellent host and attending to our needs.

Laurie was amazing. The place was perfect with super comfy beds in each room. Close to Hanalei and lots of beaches to explore that were hidden and fun to discover. The bikes came in handy. We loved it and hope to have the opportunity to return again someday! Thank You!!
We had a wonderful second time stay, this time we stayed for 16days. The condo is always outfitted with all the things we love to have laundry, pool, sand toys , chairs Boogey boards, dishes, blender. The spaciousness is awesome. The beds are always fluffy and comfy. Great views from the balcony. We have 3 kids and it is great for the older ones with board games and tvs in every room. It’s a little rougher with the younger one. We had to put away a lot of decorations and remove cleaning supplies or knoves from bottom drawers. We absolutely love it there and Laura is always so responsive and helpful!
We had a great stay in Princeville and made friends who helped guide us to interesting beaches. We found the baby albatross and saw the tunnels. What a great time to have the family together, relax, and enjoy all the interesting places to eat. We ate at a luau, tried the wonderful pulled pork at the Kalypso, had breakfast and lunch on a catermoran, and evenmade it to the south shore for a puka dog!
This place was perfect! The owners were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating!The beds were insanely comfortable, everything was very clean, it definitely felt like a home away from home! All the extra beach amenities to use was the icing on the cake! Perfect location, quiet area.If we ever get to come back to the Island this will definitely be our first pick to stay!

3 adult couples really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The host was wonderful and very timely and responsive to all communication. The location is so close tonHanalei and Kapaa and all the great beaches in between. My only complaint is that the property and location was so great that we didn’t even make it down to the southern part of the island other than once. So much to do and see right where we were. The condo was spacious, we loved the pool and spent most of our time out on the balcony. We never felt crowded. Highly recommend.
We love Kauai and this condo was perfect for our family (4 adults). The layout gave everyone a place to spreadout and have their own space. The condo is well located and has nice views of the pool and mountains. It was a bonus to have some chairs, cooler, boogie board, etc. to use during our stay. We chose to cook the majority of our meals and found the kitchen to be very well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the accommodations- easy process, with great communication. The place worked perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Will look to rent this property when we head back to Kauai!

Rental property is as described and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a great veranda in the morning for coffee. We loved it! So relaxing and welcoming. Our Grand-daughters enjoyed the pool after a day if sightseeing.
Property was as described. Located in a convenient area with good access to amenities. Host was responsive on one minor issue with the TV. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
Better than advertised! Great location … near beaches, Restaurants, golf and Hanalei is only a short 5-8 minutes away…Highly recommend Hanelei Charters for boat cruise of the Napali Coast!
Cost of Laurie’s condo was reasonable and well worth it! Sorry we didn’t stay longer!
Brought my elderly mother for a trip to Kauai. She has visited many time over the years, but has always stayed in Kapaa. The condo met our needs of separate rooms and bathrooms along with the lovely Lanai to hang out for coffee in the morning and snacks in the evening. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Would stay here again if the occasion arises.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurie's place- even thoigh there were six of us the condo felt spacious and very comfortable with the beautiful Tommy Bahama furniture etc. Laurie is an excellent host who responded promptly to all of our questions. The Plantation condos are in a great location and the pool/jacuzzi/gym were awesome. Thank you, Laurie!

Clean well appointed condo in quiet part of Princeville. Excellent communication from owner, well stocked kitchen, everything needed for great stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided, big bonus.
