Important Details to Note:

- There may be guests staying in the separate guest suite, outdoor spaces including the backyard, patio, and BBQ grill, may be shared.

- Once guests pass through the front door there is a staircase leading up to the main-level (second floor), please ensure that all guests are comfortable using stairs. Two queen bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground-floor.

- The mini-split AC unit is available only in the master suite on the main-level. As is common in many Hawaiian homes, there are no air conditioning systems in the rest of the house, as the island enjoys mild temperatures year-round.
