We mainly crashed after a long day of flying to Kauai. The apartment suited our needs well.

Gianna's place was a perfect fit for us! It was very clean and had everything we needed including some snorkel gear and a nice welcome basket with coffee for the morning. The location is great and only takes a few minutes to get to hideaways beach for snorkeling, the grocery store in Princeville, and Hanalei just down the hill. It also has access to the pool and jacuzzi. The hosts were so nice and helpful and made us feel right at home.
Great spot, fifteen minute walk to the beach.
The apartment was lovely and well furnisbed the hosts were so kind and accomodating.
Pros: location to Hanalei, Princeville. Well appointed with microwave, fridge toaster, beach & snorkel equipment. Bed was comfy. Deck / lanai with table for your use. Host was good at communicating and accommodating after some confusion about check in. Cons: Thin walls, can hear activity and cooking odors from adjacent unit, as well as outside conversations and roosters. Bathroom is small with stand up shower only, low water pressure. Stayed for two nights, did not use pool.
Property manager was superb in communication and checking to see we had everything we needed. We were really happy with the beach gear they provided ( flutter boards, chairs, umbrella, mat, snorkel gear and coolers.
The place has no AC but it is well vented, a ceiling fan and additional fans if you needed them.
It is in a condo community so we did find it a bit noisy at times even though there are quite time rules. Then again it is Kauai so even if there was no one around you would still have roosters crowing all the time😂.
Being right at the north end it is a drive to get to most areas of interest but it is a small island so nothing too far if you are used to driving.

It was comfortable enough and convenient for me. The complex itself Had a bit of a strong smell reminiscent of detergent or something. Gina was extremely nice and even went out of her way to refund me for my first night when I missed my flight
Great communication with Sydney. Apartment clean and cozy.
