The unit and property was GREAT! Loved the location with walking distance to the beaches, running paths and restaurants! The unit was pristine as far as clean and had all the amenities. But the property management company was not helpful at all. First when I called to ask questions the lady was very condescending and didn't answer my questions, and kept referring to "the email we sent" instead of just answering the questions during my call. Also in this day and age of key pads/electronic entry, we had to physically go out of our way to pick up the keys at the property management office 30 minutes away, to then find a key pad right next to the door for the unit when we got to the property. We had to use a key pad to pick up the keys at the office as well. Very inconvenient when you are going different directions. Family staying at the same resort but different unit had key pads and very easy check in. I would say because of the property managements poor customer service I would consider staying elsewhere. Sad because it's a great property, but really difficult to work with them. Took pictures even to show the key pads but not an option with the review.

Our rental was a lovely unit which had plenty of room for two people with seperate rooms - bedroom, bathroom, Kitchen, laundry and dinning room. It felt like a spacious apartment. Great double wardrobe with full length mirrored doors, plenty of drawer storage too for clothing. There was a real personal touch about the place with a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, pots, pans, storage containers, loads of cutlery and crockery that would ever need. A bonus having a dishwasher and clothes washer & dryer in the condo. A lovely tiled Lanai with nice outdoor bar stools and table. The indoor bar stools at the kitchen island bench were so comfy. All the furniture in the living room was comfortable. The bed had a thick soft mattress topper on it which was initially comfortable but a bit too soft for us as were the bed pillows though was nice to have a couple spare pillows in the wardrobe. It was such a treat to get the welcome pack with yummy food treats and so nice they also provided a shopping and cooler bag which we were allowed to take home. The only thing we wished could be changed was the shower - you could not move the head into the centre of the shower because of the shower caddy being in the way. That was really the only real downside to the condo itself. The use of the swimming pool was great & nice to have beach towels and plenty of linen. Coffee machine was great. We would most definitely love to come back to this place again.
Pleasantly surprised with the beautiful garden and pool area of the property as driving by it is very deceiving! The gardens are very well maintained and beautiful as is the pool. The barbecue area is a bonus. Highly recommend renting a unit with a/c it sure came in handy on still nights!

I loved staying in Prince Kuhio condo 210. It has AC, which we never used because there is a nice cross breeze. Has a washer and dryer in the condo.Has a dishwasher.I didn't notice till the last day we were there but there is a drawer full of games under the TV in the living room.The place is very nicely decorated with some nice paintings. Condo was very clean .Pool is very nice and warm and never crowdedNice location.Ocean view and Park viewI would certainly stay here again

We stayed here in August of 2023. Unit 210 was very well appointed and very comfortable! We loved it! The breeze that came out of the east kept the unit nice and cool for the most part, and we barely needed to use the AC unit in the bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked. The morning sunrises were glorious! The pool and the grounds were wonderful, and parking was just fine with the additional spots next door when needed. The only issue was the temporary construction going on in the basement for several days of our stay, which were quite noisy, and definitely impacted our ability to take quiet afternoon naps, which is something we enjoy on vacation. We didn't know about the construction until after we booked our stay. Fortunately, it only lasted for the first 6 days, and then it was quieter. But the construction noise definitely impacted our stay in a negative way. Overall, though, we were very happy with the unit, the property, and the location.
