everynight folks gather at the beach, with drink in hand, to celebrate another sunset. Sometimes, if the conditions are right you can see the mysterious green flash. Close to the spouting horn, almost walkable and also close the botanical garden. Try the dinner tour. Unit kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, etc the owner has provide many beach aids.
We really liked the unit and the view. It had everything we wanted. Only negatives: Beach umbrella needs replacing and parking is difficult because we did not have a compact car.

The condo had a very comfortable bed and couch and everything needed to enjoy those days at the beach including chairs and umbrella. Beautiful area with a very nice pool with waterfall. Snorkeling is right across the street...best on the island!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. The pool was great and not crowded. The location was perfect, near most of the things we wanted to do. Great restaurant accross the road, a 5 minute walk.
The owner went over and above to make sure we had all and more that we needed. It was very comfortable and decorated nicely with Kauai art. Special touches were appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice, we were walking distance from PK’s beach which my son had a competition. There were 2 portable AC units in the condo but it was still very hot at night and uncomfortable and it exacerbated my allergies. We also turned off the AC units and opened all the windows but be careful because Kauai does rain a lot and we had to close everything in the middle of the night due to the strong winds and rain and it became very hot. Also the plastic covering on the ceiling light in the kitchen fell and almost landed on me. I did take pictures and send to Vacasa but still waiting to hear back.
Other than that it has a nice kitchenette, they had chairs & an umbrella in the closet along with board games and cooler bag.
Great location! Street not busy. Beautiful, rural feel, balcony view. Ocean view. Beds comfortable. Kitchen adequate but only sea salt and pepper condiments. Pool area terrific. View out front windows gorgeous! Jungle feel with waterfalls! Beach essentials adequate but only 2 beach towels provided. Free snacks and coffee samples were great. Shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer provided, even a first aid kit. Vacasa hosting was excellent! Always ahead of the game each step of the way. No stress!
We had a fantastic time in Kauai and the condo was a great home base. Our only complaint was the lack of a good internet/wifi connection.
Very clean and exactly what we were looking for! Perfect for a small family or couple who don’t need all the frills. Great parking situation and pool/courtyard area that has been well maintained with friendly neighbors. We were thrilled with the location and our choice!
Love how green everything is in Kauai. Poipu beaches are great. Be sure to check out the Botanical Gardens. Great golf and pickleball
