This place was perfect in May - beautiful sunsets, across the street from a sandy beach, nice pool, and not too far from restaurants. Even some bird nests and gecko friedns. We loved it!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time we were very impressed with the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We love this location… the view of Magic Sands Beach, and easy access to many restaurants, shops, etc. in the area.
Perfect condo in a perfect location. Loved listening to the sound of the ocean first thing in the morning and as you fall asleep. We loved being able to just walk across the street to the beach. The condo clean. Beds were comfortable. The barbecue area by the pool was so nice as was the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this place. Owners were very helpful with suggestions and quickly responded to any questions we had.
This is the most adorable spot. Super clean, and right across the street from the best beach in Kona. Check in was easy, and proximity to downtown stuff couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first VRBO booking and it was excellent! There were three of us. Me, my wife, and our son stayed for six nights. I don’t know why there are not too many reviews on this condo. Great place for the price! Host was very kind and punctually communicative. I wanted a condo that has two bathrooms. It really is just a few steps from Magic Sands Beach. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony. A/C was excellent once it turned on. All the rooms have ceiling fans which was a bonus, plus there are three additional floor fans provided which we didn’t have to use them. The only minor complaint I have is that the bed in the master bedroom was a little high for us short people to get onto. Maybe that’s why there was a step stool in the closet. Lol! Enjoyed the pool often. A drive to town for shopping was only three miles. We walked to town one day and it was very scenic! My wife loved all the trees and plants we passed by. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want a great place to stay for the price! Would definitely book here again in the future!

The property was well kept with the exception of a few bugs in unit. Nothing major. Complex had an elevator which was great. Also had washer and dryer inside unit. The pool area was great with hot tub and barbecue grills. Not really much of a beach view. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean if you stick your head out the balcony. It was a five-ten minute drive to restaurants and shops. Overall, we loved it and great communication with the owner. I will definitely recommend it to future travelers.
