My family and I just love this condo. No AC? No Problem... just open the sliding door and windows and the Sea Breeze will keep you nice and comfy. Well kept grounds, and as mentioned literally 100 paces from the Sand and Ocean. Easy walk into town for Shave Ice, Coffee or just to check out the local scene. We have stayed here probably half a dozen times, and will certainly do so again !
By the beach, wonderful stay! I can feel and smell the breeze. Walking distance to stores and restaurants/food trucks! We had a great time.
Very pleased with our stay. My family and I stayed 7 days and it was Amazing.
What a great visit! You can't beat the location. Close parking, close to the beach and a well-stocked apartment. The unit was clean and spacious. We appreciated the small extras like beach chairs and beach towels. We had good communication with the property management as well. There were a couple of small maintenance items that I alerted the PM too and I received a prompt reply to my email with the assurance things would be looked at by maintenance. None of the housekeeping items were a deal breaker for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing beats Oceanfront ! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the refreshing sea breeze is just wonderful. We have stayed in D101 several times and will be back again to be sure !
Pono Kai beautiful property on beach in Kapaa. Walk to beach or shops within minutes. Stay two weeks if you can!
Location was beautiful and perfect
Beautiful stay at the Vrbo. The only reason i rated down a small amount was the ad stated washer and dryer in the Vrbo and there isn’t one. So if you are counting on this…you need to know there is no washer and dryer. I even went back to check the listing after we got there and realized there wasn’t one.
You have a limited number of pool towels as a Vacasa member vs a pono Kai member and cannot check out or exchange your towels in the pool area for fresh ones so without a washer/dryer a week can be a long time with limited towels with daily use at the beach and pool.
Otherwise the unit is beautiful, clean and as listed.
