Just read the reviews for all our properties and you see that #1 is location, location, location. You’ll be just a leisurely stroll away from restaurants, food trucks, local shops, and a grocery store. Kapaa is also located on the East side of the island, meaning you are only about a half an hour to both the North and South shores.
Sleeping Arrangements: Both the primary and secondary bedrooms have a King size bed. The is also a Queen pull out sleeper sofa in main living space.
Living Space: The open concept living area is designed with relaxation in mind. The unit is not designed for accessibility, and it features a traditional step-in tub.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or on the lanai for an al fresco dining experience.
Play some tennis or pickleball, shoot some hoops, or check out the exercise room. Don’t forget to take a dip in the swimming pool or unwind in the hot tub! The resort also provides BBQ grills throughout the property and coin operated laundry facilities for your convenience.
Local Attractions: Explore the nearby beaches like Lydgate Beach Park, Kalapaki Beach and Poipu Beach, and walk, run or bike on the Ke Ala Hele Makalae path, which starts right at the back of our resort and runs along the Pacific. **THE TRAIL WAS JUST ENTERED INTO THE HALL OF FAME BY THE RAILS TO TRAILS CONSERVANCY**

We loved the condo, the only thing that we did not like was an abundance of tiny red ant like bugs in the kitchen.
We hope to stay here again.

We loved this condo! It was clean, spacious (fit 6 of us with no troubles), and very close to the beach. I would highly recommended this property!

First floor condo with walk-out patio and gorgeous views! The unit is a two bed, two bath (one en suite, one hall-accessible bath) that was nicely appointed and well maintained. The second bedroom was a bit small, but comfortable. The complex is very well maintained and has areas for different activities like croquet, bocci, and putting. Check-in/out were both excellent -- a great staff!
The only 'heads up' I'd provide is to bring quarters for laundry!! One load (wash/dry) is $6.00, and there's no change machine in the laundry room. (I'm guessing you could get quarters at the front desk, but we had enough)
Overall, an excellent unit -- would definitely book again!

Roomy, clean condo with the beach footsteps away! Beautiful walking/bike path just above the beach that goes on for miles. Many amenities including pool and barbecues.

The unit location is great. The water view is perfect and is close to the walking path, town and restaurants.
While the unit itself is comfortable, it’s very tired and in need of updating. It needs paint, carpet, bathroom updates and more. The unit could use recreational toys. The WiFi is weak and difficult to watch tv.
We would not rent this unit again but would try another one that is updated.
