What an incredible place. South shore very different than north. Both amazing! The place was spectacular and we fell asleep to the sounds of the breaking waves. Great place to stay!

Loved this place and you can walk to everything for the most part. The only thing I would say that could be improved is to upgrade the beds & pillows as that would have made it epic!

The views from the back of the condo are nothing short of spectacular! Being LITERALLY right on the ocean is incredible. And sitting by the pool watching the turtles and waves was great!
This was a great location for a short drive to restaurants, beaches and anything you wanted to do on the East, South and West sides of the island.
We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Parking was a bit of challenge, as there are only 12 spots in the lower lot close to the condo. But we managed to park in that lot every night. This condo is in the larger building, not the one shown in the listing. The condo is right across from the elevator and the second bedroom is right there as well, so you do have some foot traffic and noise walking past.
This was great for us! We were active and did not spend much relaxing time actually inside the condo, but at the beach and the pool. Overall great stay!

My family and I have stayed at a number of places in Kauai, but this has the best view of any. It's not even comparable. The easy walk to Poipu Beach made this condo a perfect choice for my parents (both 72) and me. You can tell it's a rental (no personal touches, no salt & pepper, only one pillow on the bed) but it gets the job done. It hasn't been upgraded in a while (the stove took 17 years to heat up enough to cook the pizzas) but it's all good. We were happy to sit on the lanai and drink wine while we waited. They had very comfy beach towels and great water pressure. Would definitely stay again! But may bring my own pillow next time haha.

We sat on the balcony and ate dinner while watching waves crash every night. Pool is right on a cliff with waves crashing below and turtles swimming in the cove. Maintenance was on top of it. Noticed a few tiles missing on pool backsplash, and a few days later, they had fixed it. You don't need AC!! Just open the windows. Check in and out was so easy. Would stay again.

We chose Unit 204A for its great location, on a rocky shore with crashing waves and gorgeous views. That did not disappoint! Thankfully we did not spend much time inside the condo -- it needs a kitchen remodel and updated furnishings. Very dated.
