This is our second time at Poipu Shores, you can't beat the location and view. Sea turtles feeding below your balcony, beach nearby. Peaceful relaxing and beautiful.
It was our first trip to Kauai and we booked this place based solely on the reviews and pictures -- and WOW were we impressed. The views off the back patio of the ocean and beach are unbelievable. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the furnishings advertised. We definitely plan to book this same place again if we return to Kauai in the future.

The property was a great location that served our family of 4 very well. It was clean, great size, great view, and everything worked well!
Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to seeing turtles right under our balcony was extraordinary!
The pool was great (heated) for night chilling and the people who stayed there were as friendly as the management.
Short walk to a really fun (boogie boarding is a must) and children friendly beach, and a bit further we got to see sea turtles and monk seals come into the beach and rest for the evening.

We loved our time at Poipu Shores. As former residents of Kauai returning home to visit family, it was a treat to play tourist and stay right on the water. The unit was comfortable and well-appointed. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The views are spectacular - we saw whales, dolphins and many turtles from our balcony. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was so relaxing and the ocean breeze kept the condo cool and comfortable. As a family of four with two teenagers, the unit was spacious and allowed everyone to feel comfortable, whether together or in our own spaces. And it was great having two bathrooms. We would absolutely stay here again.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Seamless check in process, the condo was clean, amenities as stated, great location! Will definitely be returning.

Only downside was that the pool closed at sunset, which was a few hours earlier than the pools at our friends’ condos closed.
The views were stunning from the lanai! We enjoyed the location of the condo, the pool area and the miles of walking from this location.
