This place was perfect for a four night stay in Poipu! We loved the location (a short walk to Poipu beach and right above the cliffs) and the set up of the apartment. My husband and I enjoyed putting the kids to bed, sitting on the lanai, and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was the perfect addition to our Hawaii vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit in Poipu Beach. The check-in was easy, unit was clean and exactly as pictured, and the location was awesome! We would love to stay again on our next visit to Kauai!
The Condo I booked was not what we got. No one was there to talk to. The corner unit that is listed and that we paid for we did not get. If I wanted another unit I would have gotten another unit, but wanted this particular one that was advertised and that I paid for was the one we wanted. I would have chosen another one over this one if we knew we were not going to get the one we picked. The unit we had was still nice and I don't want to be ungrateful. But we have booked off of VRBO plenty of times and this has never happened. I'm a little skeptical to book again through VRBO. Only explanation I got was that it was double booked. Would have liked to know ahead to time. The veiw at this property is amazing though!!
A small group of 4 of us opted to arrive a couple days early before our week at Marriott Waiohai Poipu with 4 others joining. The Poipu Shores location was ideal and the unit spectacular. A corner end unit facing west with great views and the sound of the waves crashing against the cliffs/rocks below. Unit was well appointed and clean. Noted in description no AC, but fans in all rooms helped. Front desk communication was excellent. Highly recommend for your next Poipu Beach stay.
We had a great stay. The property was beautiful. The staff was pleasant and informative. The views were amazing. The condo gets a little warm as no AC but cools down enough at night. Enjoyed falling asleep to crashing waves. Tons of green sea turtles right at the shore that can be seen from the room and the pool area. Some electrical issues with refrigerator-freezer but they are being work on. Parking is tight but there was always a space available. We will definitely rebook in the future. Mahalo for an amazing vacation.
We loved this rental - the views were amazing and the constant sound of the ocean and sightings of turtles off shore were aspects that we loved. The condo was great for 4 of us, the kitchen had great amenities, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing. Being able to easily walk to Brenneke and Poipu beaches, as well as the nearby surf shop and shave ice/lunch spot was fun. We'd stay here again and highly recommend it.
Could not have asked for a better place in Kauai. The view was gorgeous, we saw sea life from the balcony, the pool was perfect, it was cozy, great shower, all of it. We asked for a fan because I’m a weirdo that needs a fan blowing in my face to sleep. They told me they didn’t have any and I was prepared to purchase one. But either by chance or amazing customer service, there were two in the room. The staff were so chill and kind too. What an unforgettable experience.
We stayed at Poipu Shores for 2 nights and it was absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing and the condo was very nice. The condo was a short walk from Poipu Beach where the water was calm and perfect for our 5 month old. As other reviewers have stated, it was very noisy with the waves crashing just outside the window. And with no A/C, you had to leave the windows open to have any air flow, so it was a choice between it being loud or being comfortable. We reached out to the front desk who brought us 2 more floor fans which greatly helped with air flow. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location!
