This was a great place to stay on our vacation. We had enough room for our family of 4. It was easy to find. The place was stocked with everything we needed. It was really nice to have the beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas so we didn't have to buy any of that. Our flight got cancelled on our last day, and they were great to work with to accommodate us for another night until we could fly out again. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo is very spacious and comfortable! The decor was nice, the beds comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Poipu Sands was very quite and well maintained. My only complaint which isn't really a complaint is the carpeting is a bit worn and old. The AC worked well in the bedroom and communication with the property management company was wonderful. They sent someone right away when we had a glitch with a ceiling fan. Oh and the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were super comfy and convenient to have!! We would definitely rent this condo again.

We stayed for a week, for a conference at the Hyatt. It was an easy walk over there each morning and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping. Very nice location, clean and comfortable with well-stocked kitchen. Both bathrooms very clean. Washer and dryer very handy. Host is very responsive to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Poipu Sands 425! We’ve been coming to Poipu Sands for over 25 years, this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had here. Garden Island Rentals was very responsive when we had questions etc. They left us a home baked pie and bottle of wine when we arrived. Very nice touch! We spoke with the woman who actually baked these pies, who also works with Island Realty, she was extremely friendly and patient. Her pies are delicious too! The rental unit has been updated nicely especially the kitchen and bathrooms . Nice portable AC units in the bedrooms helped a lot. Great view of the ocean from both lanais. Overall a great experience with excellent service.

We stayed for a week and we were very impressed with the communication with the Garden team and with how well the unit had been stocked. The unit has two levels with two bathrooms which is a huge plus. There are in-room AC units in both bedrooms which are very helpful but not super efficient. The property is a bit older and there were some minor maintenance issues which did not really impact our stay but I am confident they will be fixed. The pool is basic and there is no hot tub, so if that is important to you, you might be disappointed. However, it is a short drive to so many places in the Poipu area and the walk along the shore towards the Grand Hyatt does wonders for the soul.

We spent a week in this unit in February, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, homey, and had a beautiful view!! The unit was well stocked in the kitchen for cooking, and also had a wide variety of games and puzzles, and everything you would need to go to the beach!! We really loved that the unit had beach chairs, and beach mats, that was a huge plus for us!! Unfortunately for us, ownership of this unit changed 2 days before we were to arrive, so there was a little stress with that and some leg work, but Garden Island Rentals were very helpful and did their best to make the transition smooth for us! Overall, we LOVED this unit, the clean grounds, heated pool, ocean views, as well as all the amenities!! And, only a few minutes to 3 different beaches!! We will definitely be back!!
