The condo is in a great location with views of the ocean and easy access to Shipwreck Beach. We had a great stay!
Great condo - we loved the balcony and ate outside frequently. Kitchen was well stocked. We also really liked the close walk to Shipwreck beach

Everything is as pictured in the listing or better. It has everything you need and more. Communication with the owner was great. Check in was a breeze, we arrived late but had the door code and got right in. The grounds are well maintained, we took advantage of the pools and barbeque. It is right next door to the Grand Hyatt so we took advantage of their restaurants and did a day pass to the beautiful pools there as well (resortpass.com). Easy walk to Shipwreck Beach or Poipu Beach. 100% would recommend, would stay again.
The place was great! Lots of space both in the unit and on the property, which we came to realize after walking around the area is not a guarantee at other nearby properties. Immediate proximity to shipwreck beach was awesome for morning walks and visiting the coffee bar at the Grand Hyatt next-door. We love the pool and the tennis court. Pool was never crowded so always found a lawn chair and umbrella. Views from the deck/lanai of the palm trees and ocean never got old. Would stay here again. Lovely hosts too!
We just finished two weeks here, and while the location was a highlight, the unit fell short of our expectations. The condo is much older than it appeared in the photos, with single-pane windows showing corrosion, outdated appliances, and multiple cabinet doors with broken hinges hanging off. We had requested that the two twin beds be made into a king, which was forgotten upon our arrival and only half of the toaster worked. The bathroom fixtures are outdated, the water pressure was very low, and the entire unit had a strong sewage smell throughout our two-week stay! This was a significant drawback, it seemed like there was an issue with the complex's septic system. The view from the balcony was also somewhat misleading; while there is a beautiful partial ocean view to the left, the majority of the view overlooks the parking lot and hotel in front. That said, the condo is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach in front of the Grand Hyatt and a great central spot for exploring the island. The owners were incredibly attentive and responsive, which greatly impacted our experience. They not only promptly replaced the toaster but also sent us a gift card to a local restaurant to apologize for the inconvenience. We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. All major grocery stores were a quick 20-minute drive away. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool area at all, as they were redoing the roof of building #1 during our trip.
The owners have everything you need to enjoy your time at this beautiful location. All the toys necessary for the beach, including umbrellas, chairs, boogie, board, and snorkeling gear.
Gosh! What a wonderful stay! Booking a VRBO is sometimes like a ‘shot in the dark.’ You hope its as advertised. This condo was so well appointed! Spacious and the view, breathtaking! We slept w/the windows and screen doors. The ocean breeze was so lovely. Everything you need is there in the condo. Beach bag, small/large cooler, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs (4), boogie boards, water toys. The kitchen is well stocked w/all the appliances you need. Trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo/conditioner, hand soaps, and lotion. There was even two boxes of kleenex in each bedroom. Charging stations, games, puzzles, beach towels. Really we lacked for nothing. We chose to eat out. We bought coffee supplies, water and simple breakfast items. There is a brita water pitcher in the fridge, too. Ashely was wonderful w/her communication and checking in with us occasionally and answering our questions quickly when we contacted her. 100% recommend!! This is a third floor unit and although It wasn’t a deal breaker, something to consider if mobility is an issue. Thank you for a memorable stay!!
Everything about the listing was as described/pictured or BETTER! Truly a wonderful stay! Perfectly maintained condo, wonderful location and super responsive owners! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Loved the location! So peaceful and the grounds are beautiful! Short walk to the Hyatt and Shipwreck beach. Also a beautiful trail along the ocean just steps away from the condo. Owners were very responsive and helpful! And the breeze from the ocean was wonderful and made the condo very comfortable.
This is a really comfortable place. Location is awesome, easy walk to the beach. The pool is a really nice temperature. We used the grill just in front of the unit a couple times and it was great.
Excellent third floor property in a quiet complex. Beautiful grounds and community pool. Well-appointed property with all the necessary amenities to explore the island. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Mahalo!

We loved our stay! Our hosts were very responsive and gracious. The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved the views and the location was perfect for us! The space was extremely comfortable. We didn't mind the 3rd floor as the views were worth it! Very nice Lanai! I recommend anyone to stay here. If we come back to Kawaii we will be staying in this property if available!
