This was our second stay here and we really like the location. Very comfortable for a family with little kids. Would definitely stay here again!
A beautiful property with all the amenities you could imagine…the view’s from the back side lanai were special every morning at sunrise and in the evening at sunset…very easy accessibility to shopping and restaurants..beaches… especially Poipu Beach in the early evening seeing the turtles come ashore to rest for the night…10 stars out of 10 … thank you Vicki.. we hope to return to Kauai next year…
Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and about a twenty minute walk to Poipu beach. Was able to see turtles (up to 24 one morning) every day at sunrise and again at sunset. Saw one monk seal.Great kitchen with everything you could need.Highly recommend!
This was our 4th time to Kauai. The Pili Mai Condos weren’t around the last time we came, but we took a chance. I’m so glad we did. First of all, communication with property managers was excellent and always friendly, timely and comprehensive. The unit itself was well kept, comfortable and conveniently located for our needs. We liked that it backed up against a golf course; it made it feel private and spacious with lovely views inland and the sea at a distance. The pool was much used and quite nice. I lap swim and there was a designated time from 8-9am for that. the fitness room was fine for small workouts. Having the complimentary passes for the Poipu Athletic Club were also welcome and used often between myself, husband and son. Unit had two beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and some floaties. Full kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, keurig, blender and pretty much everything we needed. There were 2 BBQ grills across the lawn which we used one night. We were very comfortable here and I would definitely stay here again.
Location was very good! Air conditioning worked so well, kept cool and comfortable! No disturbance from upstairs guests. We enjoyed afternoons by the pool and hot tub. One evening did a BBQ conveniently located to the unit. A few minor suggestions: there were only 2 wine glasses, I donated 2 to the unit. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms and no garbage bags for trash. The beds need new pillows.
2 of our days were interrupted by blacktop repair, but the manager& property owners made up for the hassle.
We loved our stay. This place is wonderful and I highly recommend....beautiful views of paradise. Right on the golf course overlooking the ocean. Thanks Vicky for making our stay outstanding.
3 years ago we enjoyed the same unit in building 8 and were equally pleased with this one in building 7. So nice to just sit on the patio with a book in hand or just gaze out over the green fairway toward the ocean. All was as advertised. Thanks!

The condo was beautiful, clean & free of clutter. Wonderful place to just be. The beds were very comfortable and we got good night rest. It is also in perfect location close to restaurants, shopping and the best beaches. We would absolutely return! The host is very prompt to reply & accommodating. Thank you for a great vacation getaway!
The unit is nicely decorated, clean, and comes with a lot of extras to help make your stay more comfortable… beach towels, snorkels, extra cooking spices and laundry machines. Views of the golf course are great and it is a quick drive to all the local beautiful beaches.
We love the Pili Mai complex. This unit was clean and fit our family well. We loved how close it was to the pool and the golf course and ocean view. Highly recommend this unit.
First and foremost, don’t hesitate booking this property it’s in a great location with access to great amenities.
Can honestly only give it 4/5 stars when compared to what we’ve come to expect in VRBO rentals. The house was cleaned okay but had items left in the shower like hair on the walls, old soap bars and hair ties. As well I don’t appreciate a fridge full of random leftovers from previous guests like beers, sodas and other foods.
The kitchen was clean enough but the sponge was older and not fresh. Most properties I’ve booked usually have a fresh sponge waiting. Also missing what I would deem kitchen essentials like sharp knives, scissors and an ice cream scoop. Also there were 3 random coffee makers in various drawers cabinets and even a closet.
Lastly we really would have appreciated a full sized ironing board and not the tiny two foot long one provided. I’m 6’ 2” and trying to iron my clothing on something that small is ridiculous.
Now again the house is lovely, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Poipu is amazing and this property provides you a lovely stay to enjoy all the the island has to offer. Just missing a few things that if were there, would reach my 5 star approval.

We were relocated here due to unforeseen construction on our original rental. We really appreciated the property management's understanding and willingness to better our circumstances as they contacted us. The Pili Mai was a beautiful place, sitting on a golf course with immaculate grounds. The rental was very nice and quiet and even had a garage with any kind of amenity you may need on vacation. The unit was beautiful, fairly new and very clean with central air conditioning. The unit was huge with plenty of space for up to four with a gourmet kitchen. The location was just a short walk to the Poipu Shopping Village. The property management staff was communicative with information during our stay. We would definitely recommend this unit and this company as they actually cared about our stay.
I had a lot of communication before we checked in. The place was nice and well kept. We always stay in pili mai but this condo was very quite and we loved it.
The condo was great. Lots of room and a great location. It was clean and well-stocked, including plenty of beach towels and toys. Our family had a great vacation and hope to come back :)
Property was wonderful! Enjoyed the pool which is close to the unit. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Poipu/Koloa area.

This unit is right on hole #9 of Kiahuna Golf Course with a distant ocean view along with sunset view. We golfed twice at Kiahuna, which is a nice course. The unit did not have soap or body wash for the showers but luckily we had brought our own. Otherwise it is adequately stocked with the necessities. We were a little disappointed in the tv channels available and we missed being able to watch Wimbledon.
We had a great stay- instructions were simple and clear, for the most part communication with management was smooth (just a couple of lags). The property itself was beautiful, we really enjoyed the home. The only minor issue was the dryer struggled to dry our clothes completely. But we would definitely stay again, loved it!
Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying here. Clean and comfortable. Quiet area. Beautiful view! Beach accessories were a nice touch. Pictures on listing are accurate. Would totally stay here again.
Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Has everything you need including snorkeling and beach gear. Right next to the pool. Bed in the guest room a little uneven but minor detail. Highly recommend. Would love to stay again next time on the island.
