This place is lovely. The view is beautiful. The kitchen is well appointed with coffee maker, coffee, spices, full set of dishes and utensils stainless steel appliances and a great view. The balcony is large and inviting. We heard the ocean every night from the bedroom. Kauai was a great island in and of itself. We will be back.
This condo was absolutely amazing and so well-appointed. It had absolutely everything that we needed, and it was immaculate. The view was incredible and and we loved being able to walk to two different beaches from the property. Thank you so much!!

This property is stunning. It is positioned next to the ocean with amazing views from the balcony and pool area. The condo had everything that we needed and it was very comfortable and relaxing. We could walk to the beach and there were shops and attractions nearby. It was a lovely alternative to the very busy resorts and with a lot of space to feel at home. I recommend staying for a full week to really immerse yourself in this gorgeous place.
Our family of 4 spent a week at this amazing property. The ocean views were spectacular and we saw many sea turtles from the lanai. Great location between 2 popular beaches. Easy walk to Brennecke's Bar and Grill for wonderful food. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would stay again!I do want to mention that the outside noise from the complex was rather loud. You could easily hear the comings and goings of other residents. This was not a problem for us but it might be for others that are sensitive to noise.
Condo was wonderful, great location and supplies. The property manager was very quick to help with the minor issues we did have.

Location, location, location. Easy walk to Brennecke beach and Poipu beach as well as many wonderful restaurants. Walked along the ocean every day. The condo is comfortable and very clean.But the best part is that amazing deck. Every morning we sat there with our coffee enjoying the view, and every morning we we treated to something spectacular - whales, dolphins, sea turtles, birds, and evening a spectacular rainbow.
As soon as we walked in and saw the view we were so excited about our choice to stay here. The unit was as expected and the kitchen had everything we needed. My kids (age 7 and 9), loved the ocean front pool and often had it to themselves. We also enjoyed seeing turtles and humpback whales from the pool deck. Poipu Beach was a 10 minute walk away, and everything else in Poipu was a very short drive. The property manager checked in with us shortly after arrival and brought coffee and chocolates. A sweet gesture. We have stayed at larger resort properties in Poipu before, but we would choose to stay here again over returning to the large properties. We loved it.
Nice location, great view, close to everything
The unit was spotless and could not have been better equipped. The Poi Pu area is fantastic. Check in and out of the unit was excellent and the property manager was always available and notified us promptly of a couple issues we needed to be aware of. Would definitely rent this unit again.

The ocean view sitting on the lanai enjoying a morning coffee was the best! The condo was clean, closely situated to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. Communication with the property manager was great and check in was very easy. Would recommend staying here for a relaxing home away from home.
Easy check-in and out, great communication with Diane, well stocked with necessities and then some! Loved the view, the decor and look of the unit! Feels fresh and homey! Saw turtles, dolphins, and perhaps a whale in the distance from the lanai! It was relaxing and soothing to fall asleep to and wake up to the crashing waves, the breeze in the palms, light rain from time to time, and the birds. Loved every minute of it! Would return in a heartbeat!
The website pictures do not give the full appeal of the property. The location is very quiet and at night there was only the sound of the ocean and the wind in the palm trees. Morning walk to the southern point for amazing sunrises, and evenings spent on the lower pool deck to watch the sunsets. Not to mention seeing whales, dolphins and sea turtles while sitting on the lanai. We had a wonderful vacation and would stay there again.

Clean, stocked and beautiful! There were plenty of towels (bathroom and kitchen). They had every kitchen appliance and utensil needed. The beds were comfy with pillow toppers and soft sheets. It was the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. The place was decorated beautifully and functionally. All the amenities were top notch. You can tell that they really take care of the property!
They had tons of beach towels, multiple beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a ton of other beach items. They even had floating devices for the pool. So no lack there!
They really have thought about everything that someone would need to vacation!
The condo is ocean front - the view is breathtaking and it was so nice to wake up to the sound of the ocean. The condo has a very large deck on the back so you can sit, relax and eat outside. The condo facility had a huge deck too that looked brand new. It was not a huge problem for us but the condo does not have AC. Maybe because we were there in the fall? It did get hot in the late afternoon. The mornings and nights were cool so we were okay. This is great spot! Definitely will go back!
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed! We loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the beautiful ocean view and watching the sea turtles from the pool deck was a highlight. The location was also perfect as we walked down to Brennecke’s and Poipu beach most days! Mahalo for an unforgettable vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay at Poipu Palms. The view is incredible (we saw turtles pretty much all day every day), house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. My daughter really enjoyed swimming in the pool.
Stayed at Poipu Palms with my 5 year old and husband. Accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking. The lanai was amazing. We saw turtles and dolphins almost every day. The pool and shared deck were also very nice. Randy was responsive to any questions I had. Overall had a fantastic stay. Would come back in a heart beat.

Everything about the condo, the location, and all the care put into offering the best experience made this the perfect vacation. I have vacationed on Kauai many times, and I could not have asked for anything more. This was the best.
This condo was the perfect spot for us! The view was incredible! The pool and deck overlooking the ocean was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Close to lots of restaurants and great beaches! We will be back!
