Great place, awesome views, conveniently located.
I was speaking at a conference at the Grand Hyatt and searched out places to stay off property. The location of this condo was absolutely perfect, the check in process and communication with the owner was quick and informative, the property as was impeccable. Plan on staying here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! The location was perfect, the view was incredible, the host was communicative and accommodating… our family of 5 (kids are 8, 6, 2) LOVED it. It was the perfect space for our family. There were beach chairs and beach toys and pool toys galore! We spent one evening at the Poipu Kai pool/jacuzzi and one day at the pool that can be seen from the condo’s lanai - both were awesome and not crowded at all! The walking path near the condo was a dream. The literal only downside was carrying luggage up to the third floor, but that’s what gives you the best view!! Everything else was absolutely perfect and it would be a dream to stay here again.

Stunning sunrise views from every window and lanai - watched an amazing sunrise every morning overlooking Shipwreck beach and point! Excellent location with easy walk to Shipwreck beach and 15min walk to Poipu beach to snorkel every morning and then return in the evening to watch the turtles come up at sunset! Condo was clean was spacious and fit our family of 5 easily, had everything we needed and more. The large lanai overlooks the pool and it’s lovely to relax there any time of day. Would definitely love to stay here again!
Great location and nice view. Well maintained property. Windows and latches need replacing which we understand is happening very soon. Very well stocked kitchen which we really appreciated. The A/C doesn’t work that well but we were only too hot one night. The fans mostly take care of it.

Great deck and view of Shipwrecks beach. 10+ minute walks to beaches and restaurants. Well equipped condo. We had a really good time during our stay here!
The pictures did not do this condo/location justice!! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location is fabulous (right between the Hyatt and the Sheraton). We could walk everywhere or just relax on the lanai with a cocktail. We will definitely be going back to the place!!!

Place was as presented. Beautiful view and perfect location for our family. Host was very responsive and graciously gave us a late checkout. Definitely recommended.
The entire property was beautiful with gardens and pool and view of the ocean. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, it was comfortably large for 6 we had 4 adults and 2 kids. It was stocked with everything you can need, such a convenience to have umbrellas chairs boogie boards and coolers. We spent most of our time on the large lanai enjoying the view during the day and the moon rise at night!
It’s walking distance to the Hyatt and Hilton and a short drive over to the turtles on Poipu and Brenneckies for a great dinner. Our host was wonderful and had very good recommendations for where to eat and play.

Our favorite thing to do was just sit and take in the ocean breezes and enjoy the wonderful views on the huge lanai. Vangie was wonderful, one of the most helpful hosts and extremely communicative. We had never been to Kaua’i before and she went out of her way to recommend places to eat, fun things not to miss etc and her recommendations were spot on. The only thing I do wish is that there was an elevator, my knees took a beating going up and down 3 flights of stairs. But other than that, this place is a gem!

The whole Condo VRBO process with Vangie was smooth, over the top helpful, very responsive and the Condo was just as described but better.
Comfortable living areas, beds (dreamy), and having washer/dryer was ideal.
The location was magic. The condo is located on quiet grounds with easy parking access and walking to beach walks.
Our stay was with 4 adults, each slept comfortably and enjoyed the Lanai in the mornings and evenings each day.
Vangie has thought of everything to make this VRBO be like your home away from home.
So many great things to mention about our stay but just super happy with the experience. I've stayed at many VRBOs and this is TOP NOTCH! :) WE WILL RETURN.
things we LOVED: lanai, beds, comfortable living area, use of beach umbrella and chairs, location location location (close to Poipu beach, farmers markets, great places to eat, next to the hyatt for nice evening walking paths, watching the sunrise).
best memory - our final day at the condo we enjoyed a DOUBLE RAINBOW straight out the Lanai patio. pure Magic. perfect ending to a lovely trip.
Vangie recommended things for us to do around the island. we followed them all and it was PERFECT!

We stayed at Vangie’s place It was a beautiful place in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for more.
The condo was decorated beautifully, the ocean views were mesmerizing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. We loved eating meals on the lanai staring at the waves on Shipwreck Beach.

Our group had a great stay here while attending a wedding at the Grand Hyatt. Shipwreck beach is a short walk away too! Vangie was super helpful with her instructions and kept in close contact when we experienced an issue with the dishwasher. We loved enjoying our brunch on the lanai overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay again!
