Oceanfront Two Bedroom Condo

The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the scenery incredible! We had so much fun watching the sea turtles and surfers right from the back patio. We also loved the convenient location, so close to all you could need; a variety of restaurants, shopping and specialty stores, drug store, farmers market, etc., just a short drive or walk away. We would love to return to this property!!!

Great ocean view. Nice walk out onto grass with ocean and sunset view. Walk to a couple of small beaches and local shops/restaurants. Very nicely appointed and stocked apartment.

If your idea of heaven is sharp blue water and the sound of waves relentlessly crashing against rocks, you made it. Welcome! You won’t want to leave!

No host. Everything thru email which was ok. Need some beach chairs. Older complex

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo, the cleanliness, we loved that it was on the first floor w/ ocean access /views. Beds were very comfortable, upgraded interior as well. The short walk to the shops and restaurant was a bonus too. Our family appreciated the golf balls and the golf club as we had a little game right outside on the patio. We would definitely recommend and would come back to stay!

Couldn’t have asked for more! Incredible view, well-stocked with everything we could have wanted or needed. Polly was very responsive and helpful. We had two cars and had no issue with finding street parking for the second car. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the waves and turtle spotting. Would definitely return to this same unit in the future!

This property is in a great location. Amazing sunset views and close to lots of fantastic shops and dining options. The condo is well appointed and just as the pictures show. We definitely hope to return!

Amazing view and location.

Awesome location. We saw sea turtles every day in the waves. View is as good in real life as in the pictures. Amenities were generally good although maybe one or two items could be updated on the near future

The location of this condo is amazing - we loved watching the surfers right in front of the patio, and also the sea turtles. We also enjoyed the detail-oriented and pleasant decor. This condo is super-well equipped, with everything that you will ever need. Thanks for letting us stay at your little paradise

Our stay at this condo was incredible. The condo itself is just as it's photos show and very comfortable with everything you need. The location can't be beat. It's as if you are a part of the ocean. A favorite of all time from 2 people who travel extensively!

We visited many parts of the island and were always grateful to come back to our spot. Walking out of your condo into the grass, being able to enjoy the water and watch turtles and surfers was great. The property does a great job of keeping it just for their tenants. The host kept us informed well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Beach House restaurant and snorkeling cove are steps from the residence. Shopping, beaches and restaurants are within walking distance. Quiet and sunny part of the island that is centrally located.

This place was nicely stocked. The location is great and your view is the ocean which cannot be beat. Thank you for a fantastic spring break!

The view and location of the place was amazing! The owner was accommodating for us and allowed us to drop our stuff off before check in which was so helpful. The only complaint I have is that the beds are not very comfortable and there was a mildew smell on the mattress and small beatle like bugs… we ended up sleeping in the living room on the couch that turns into a bed instead.

WOW! Very well equipped property. All the necessities were provided. Owners responded to questions immediately. Being on the first floor is a huge plus - walk out to grass and water, patio furniture was in good shape. Would love to come back and stay again.

The images don’t give this place its full justice. We expected a great place from the images online, but when we arrived, the views and everything with this place are much more from the posted images. We had an amazing time. The host was great and was very quick to respond with any questions we had

Great location and spectacular view to wake up to each morning! Sunsets were amazing and it was nice to be so close to the Beach House!

We were fortunate enough to spend two weeks in this beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo feels spacious, is very clean and well stocked. There is plenty of gear for a day at the beach or you can simply enjoy watching the turtles and the surfers from the ground floor lanai. Polly was a pleasure to work with as we were planning our stay. Don’t pass on your opportunity to stay here, we plan on a return stay.

Our family of four stayed for one week in Polly’s condo. The condo is even better than the pictures depict. Well stocked and comfortable! The views can’t be beat! We loved watching the sea turtles right outside the condo and the surfers were daily entertainment! You can’t top this location and the views ! Polly was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience. Great kitchen and atmosphere. Very rainy week, so spent time relaxing on the patio and living space. Lots of sea turtles that were swimming at the edge of the water. Lots of fish to see snorkeling in the bay by the beach house. Fun watching the surfers.

Loved this stylish but comfy unit for its oceanfront location for the daytime and big television + comfy couch for the evenings. Short walk to a beach and snorkeling. Short drive to shops, restaurants and Poipu Beach Park. Would book again!

Views , location, you will not be disappointed ! We loved walking over to the beach house for cocktails at sunset , and snorkeling in the cove, without loading up in a car. Polly was awesome with communication for questions and local recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Great location right on ocean but walkable to beach and great shops!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. The location was ideal for an active Kauai vacation as we used it for a home base for hiking in Waimea Canyon and the state parks to the north and for a drive to backpack the to Kalalau. The kitchen we well equipped and it worked perfectly for dinners at home. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the sound of the surf at night was wonderful. Nice showers and comfortable beds. It was truly perfect for us.

I loved staying at this location! It was clean, easy to access and best of all ocean front! The property manager was great at responding with questions and was very friendly. Thank you giving us a “home” while on our vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property, it was everything it was promised to be and more. Very well maintained and updated unit, the kitchen was carefully well stocked, and the view is exceptional. The owner took care to provide almost everything from beach chairs or snorkel gears to coffee and water. It truly felt like a home away rom home! We look forward to going back someday soon. There was nothing that we did not like, but if we have to mention something, it was the lack of a vent fan in the second bathroom, but really no big deal as there was a small window that helped dry it out quickly.
