We loved having the pool for the 9 yr old, and waking up to beautiful sunrises every morning with coffee on the front porch.

We love this property!Our whole family stayed there 3 years ago for our 50th wedding anniversary.Now we brought our friends celebrating their 50th anniversary and cousins ,who had never been to Kauai.Perfect place for walking to beaches and shops and restaurants. Great to have pool at the house, too.

We had the most amazing time at the plumeria house. Our family, all 11 of us, were so happy with the beauty and layout of the home. We spent a lot of time out on the patio watching the grandkids swim while visiting and playing games with our kids. We loved going to Poipu beach. The sea turtles would come up to the beach and rest every evening. We could watch the sunrise in thr master bedroom suite. Such an amazing vacation.
The Plumeria House was the perfect location to Koloa and beaches. It offered ample space for 3 families and great areas for relaxing by the pool and dining outside.

We came to Kauai for our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids and grands. All I can say is WOW, we had such a great time. Everything we needed was there, including sand toys, snorkel equipment, life vests/floats, books, games, etc. Poipu beach is real close. Having the pool on the deck was so much fun, and the kids all improved with their swimming! We were able to have my husband's sisters and family come over to visit, he is from Hawaii and we had the best time. Kitchen is well stocked, too. Highly recommend this beautiful property!!
House offered enough room for 6 adults and children (8,5,4,2). Great location to enjoy sunrises with view of mountains and partial views of ocean. Walking to Poipu Beach for sunsets and turtles. Good location to explore the South and West side of Kauai. The pool was great for the kids.
Location was great and plenty of space. Had trouble with outdoor grill which made dinner preparation lengthy. Eventually they got grill working better. Enjoyed our family time in beautiful area!
The property was in a fabulous location close to other family members at the resorts. Beautiful “lived in” home that was welcoming and comfortable without feeling like a manicured resort. Family friendly pool for the keikis, just enough for the little ones to get wet or for the adults to cool off in the evening. Great views of the mountains after being on the beach all day. This home is everything you could ask for when staying in Poipu. Great location, clean, plenty of room, very well equipped, and having the private pool was amazing. The owners were great and very easy to communicate with. We came with two other couples and we each had plenty of space and privacy. It would be perfect for a large family as well. Would definitely come back to this home!!!
This property was perfect for our group of 8! Lots of space, clean and open layout, and great toys for the beach. Kitchen had ample room for our group and all the things to make perfect dinners. Would love to come back any day!
The house was awesome! Lots of space and bonus room. The pool was perfect size. Back yard had great ratio of sun and shade spots for everyone to find what they liked. I would definitely recommend for large family or up to 4 couples.

We loved this property so much!VERY well appointed home. So nice when you don’t have to scrounge for garbage bags or dishwashing soap or spices or beach toys. It’s all here for you! Craig was very responsive in messaging. Pool was nice and warm. Not huge, but good depth and beautiful patio setup. We loved morning walks to shipwreck beach to watch the sun rise. Lots of bedrooms for a larger group, we all had our own comfortable spaces. Beds are very comfortable. Overall a 10/10 rental. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Beautiful home, well managed.

This was a perfect place to have a gathering with my friends. The house was delightful . It's close to the ocean swimming shopping and hiking. The house is beautiful! Very comfortable

Beautiful surroundings and excellent accommodations made perfect by planning, availability of shopping, and White Ginger Catering for our Luau. We got to enjoy our family and explore Kauai on our own. The property was the perfect setting…Thank You Craig.
Great house when needing multiple primary suites. The two rooms on the ground floor share one bath, and the other two bedrooms have their own. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor areas are very nice. The pool is quite small and the heater was not working so we did not use it at all. Great walking access to beaches.
Great house for multi generational family group. We planned for 10 people but ended up with 7 so we had plenty of sleeping space to spread out. The house is well supplied with essentials needed when traveling. The view is phenomenal! The beds comfortable. The only observation is the steps to get to main level of home. It was a bit difficult for my 87yr old Mom but she managed with help. We would definitely book again.
This truly was the perfect home for all 11 ladies celebrating a birthday. The space, the energy, the beautiful kitchen, and the direct access to the beach and many popular spots were an absolute jackpot for this incredible and unforgettable weekend. We couldn’t spot talking about how perfect the spot was, and the sunset and sunrise views from the house were unbelievable!! The host was soooo kind and accommodating from the get go, and we truly could not thank you enough. Highly recommend!!!

We are a couple in our sixties who rented the house for Thanksgiving with our two adult children, their spouses and their children. The house was very well equipped with everything you’d need for cooking and lots of chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the beach. The children had their own space in the converted garage while the adults enjoyed the beautiful views from the comfortable living room on the second floor. Poipu beach is a 10-15 minute walk on a mostly pedestrian path. We didn’t use the pool much as the beach was so inviting. Would highly recommend this property for 3 couples with children.
