Mike & Gina's villa is excellent, ground floor walkout just like the picture shows. The pool is just steps from the door surrounded by pretty greenery and shade trees to put your recliner under and not get burned. The view to the ocean is right from the patio or pool. We walked across the yard for the gorgeous sunsets. It's also within walking distance both directions to coffee, dining & shopping. We enjoyed the walk each morning. The entire property is very quiet and peaceful. There is ever thing you could possibly need in the Villa from kitchen staples, cooking seasoning, spices, olive oil, etc. Same in the bathrooms, everything you might need it there. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and having a TV in the bedroom too. The A/C worked well & having the nice fans and ceiling fans if not using the A/C we appreciated too. This place was exactly as listed but they offered even more than we expected. They were even thoughtful in offering to lets us access the unit in the a.m. rather than have to wait all day when we had flown to HI overnight, we didnt even ask! Thats not always possible if rented back to back and they didnt have to even offer but they did and it started our trip on so nice to not have to wait around for hours so tired. This shows what type of owners Gina & Mike are, thoughtful. We had excellent communication with them throughout our stay. I highly recommend this perfect, comfortable, and high quality villa. We will book again for future trips.
Absolutely the most amazing vacation. The condo had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect for both walking to restaurants as well as multiple beaches and hikes. Everything in the condo is high end and super clean. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back again!

Everything is provided from a complete kitchen to beach chairs and goggles to nice towels and bedding. Compared to some rentals equipped with the minimum, this is a home actively used by the owners who are folks with high standards. Everything is ’perfectly maintained and works. The condo is in a serene complex with lovely grounds. Don’t bring your party aspirations, you’d be out of place in this wonderful retreat. We had a great week and used this location to explore all parts of glorious Kauai.
Everything was wonderful. The location was great. Our condo was steps to the ocean and even fewer steps to the pool. Everything you need was in the condo. We prepared our dinners in the condo and charcoal and gas grills were available. The whole complex was very well maintained. If you like beaches thereis one a very short distance. A Costco is on rhe way from the airport. Also a Safeway. Loved this condo. Everything was great.

Would stay again in a heartbeat! Super clean, super comfortable and every amenity you could want. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A/c was a plus as was the washer and dryer. The pictures really don’t do it justice! Hope to stay again soon.
From check in to check out we couldn’t have had a worry free, beautiful comfortable stay. Michael and Gina are so thorough it’s just a peace of mind. Hope to return soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Poipu Kapili Resort. It was beautiful and quiet. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and shopping. Michael was very welcoming and responsive.

We stayed in Michael's condo for our honeymoon trip. Every little detail is considered in this condo. Light switches are labeled and the guest book is full of excellent detail as well. Location could not be better. We were within 3 minutes of anything we needed. We sat on the wall across from the condo every morning and watched the sea turtles play in the surf, layed around by the salt water pool in the shade (which was plentiful), walked to the Luau at the Sheraton resort and just had the most wonderful time. Michael was fast to respond, friendly to talk to and gave us late check out on short notice for a very reasonable rate since our flight wasn't until 9:00pm and our day plans got cancelled. 10/10 experience and we will likely be back!
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The place was spacious, clean and very well air conditioned. The pool was great too, just in the backyard. The ocean is a 5 minute walk from the condo and it’s in a great central location with a lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We walked to dinner every night during our stay. The bed was also very comfortable. I’d stay here again!
Great first floor condo with view of the ocean and next to pool! Owner's meticulous descriptions of how to use all the appliances from the dryer to AC were much appreciated. We communicated that we observed a small water leak in the kitchen to the owner shortly after arrival. He offered to have a vendor address during our stay if we preferred, but we agreed it was not necessary and we continued to monitor during the remainder of the stay. Being the gracious host, Michael offered a late check out without any additional charge. Much appreciated since we had a late flight out that evening.
We have stayed in the Poipu area several times and would rate this experience as one of our best. The location is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shopping, and even a golf course. The relatively small number of condos on the property as advertised made for a very quiet and relaxing trip. And no roosters at dawn! The condo was very comfortable with premium interior.
We would certainly recommend this property to others and strongly consider booking Michael's property again on a return trip to Kauai.
