It is a beautiful unit well apppointed and equipped. The rooms were spaciois and the beds were all comfortable. For the older folks it is Good news bad news - the unit is away from the noise of the pool but it is the back unit so the unloading of your luggage will require a bit of a walk

Perfect condo for our vacation with our adult children. Very spacious and nice furnishings. Great location to the beaches and having the pool so close was a plus. The lanai was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Stop scrolling and book this one now!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It provided us with all of the latest and necessary conveniences, and was especially nice to be able to do a load of laundry when needed. We had all of the space a family of four could want and the beds were very comfortable. The views and setting were gorgeous from every angle.
Our family had an amazing vacation at this luxury villa in Kauai! The property was walking distance to the beaches and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We hope to come visit again! Mahalo
Just returned from our trip to this place and can't get over how great it was. The amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The place is immaculate, and the grounds of the facility are well-kept. We took advantage of the proximity to the beach and spent most of our time either at the condo or at the beach. The kitchen was perfect, and the outside grill was too. Will definitely stay again.
We loved everything about this place and it was perfect for our family of 3 adult couples and 2 toddlers. We hope to book this place again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This villa is so lovely and we enjoyed our time there the end of May. Nicely decorated, large size rooms, great lanai. Excellent location, short walk to beaches and other nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to return one day!
Being in our late 70's we appreciated having an elevator and having just a short walk to the pool or parking. Poipu beach was just a 2 minute drive and everything else we wanted was within a 10 minute drive: shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The condo itself is a 10 out of 10.

Two good restaurants within walking distance plus beaches about 5min walk away. Poipu is a great base location for going either north or south. Our favorite was the covered balcony....started our mornings with coffee out there after our walks. Mahalo

Plenty of private space for 5 adults with a separate bathroom (2 full suites) for each bedroom. Living room accordion glass door opens to a beautiful 2nd floor Lanai with a beautiful view. Short walk to the beach and restaurants and access to a beautiful relaxing pool. Owners are a pleasure to communicate with before, during, and after the stay.
Absolutely loved this property! Room for all 5 of us adults. Easy access to Poipu beach. Close to Koloa town. Fully stocked unit and comfy furniture. Everything in home works such a terrific view! We will be back again for sure!
Was such a luxury to have 3 full suites (bed/bath) for us and our 2 adult kids. Entire living room accordion doors open to huge lanai with big comfortable chairs (no ocean view from lanai but beautiful trees and red-headed birds). Everything was clean and bright and new. Didn't have time to use pool, but it's right there, and would be so perfect for younger kids. Short walk to beach where sea turtles congregated every afternoon. Easy parking.
Comfortable 3 bdrm, 3 bath unit. Owner was responsive to an issue with microwave. Lots of convenient items like spices, BBQ tools, toiletries, beach chairs,
Kauai never disappoints and they properties just minutes away from several beach options. Easy to get around around the island and the place is very clean and great communication

Property was well kept and walking distance to the beach. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have three full bathrooms. The beach towels were small and thin and the bathroom towels need to be upgraded along with the bath mats. The toilet paper in the master was cheap one-ply. The wagon to haul stuff to the beach was a nice convenience. The refrigerator didn’t seem to get or stay super cold. Overall it was a positive experience.
This home is stunning and beautifully furnished. It is a quick walk to Poipu Beach (10 minutes max maybe??) where we watched the turtles come in at dawn for a rest and then back out at sunset which was phenomenal! The grounds were beautiful and the pool so refreshing. The three king bedrooms/3 baths worked perfectly for three couples to share. We highly recommend this one. The only suggestion I have is to let renters know that there is a recycling option. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it until we took out trash on day 3 and saw the recycling bins.
The owners were great to work with! Very accommodating and allowed us early check in after our flight. Pool was easy and wonderful as was the pretty walk to the beach. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We had 2 adults in the master and 2 sets of teens in each bedroom. In full disclosure - the third bedroom is quite a downgrade from the first and second bedrooms - nothing wrong with it - but if has the hallway bathroom, smaller, no walk in closet. The bigger 2 bedrooms are heavenly and the bathrooms are amazing. So again, nothing wrong with the third but just a consideration for parents. The kitchen was beautiful, the lanai is so perfect, AC worked well, door code so no worries about keys. Give it a perfect rating and highly recommend.
We just returned from a stay at Walt and Joy's place, we were not let down at all. The condo and grounds were immaculate. The location was perfect, a 4 minute walk to two beaches (and the wagon was a lifesaver!). The bed and pillows in the master were so comfortable I slept better than I do at home. Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked.
My favorite part was sitting out on the covered lanai and enjoying the ocean breeze and sunrise. We couldn't have picked a better location and property. I enjoyed the walking paths for early morning walks and restaurants were a short car ride away (a few walkable). I had groceries delivered the day we arrived from Safeway, it made things so easy!
Walt was extremely fast in responding to any question we had. Thanks for opening your home to us, we loved it!

We were celebrating our daughter's graduation with a much-anticipated trip to Hawaii and our choice to stay here didn’t disappoint. The condo was stylish and spotless, the owners promptly responded to our needs, and the location was perfect for beach access.
I recently stayed at Walt and Joy's lovely villa with my husband, two sisters and their husbands. We each had our own bedroom with a king size bed (one bedroom had two twin beds configured as a king size bed) and we each had our own bathroom. The villa is located in a beautiful development. Parking was easy and there is an elevator to get your luggage up to the second floor (this is a second floor villa). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possible need. The beds were all comfortable, the towels were soft, and the living spaces were spacious. It's an easy walk to the beach and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this villa when staying in Poipu!
