Wonderful home. Great location.
The set up of the house was perfect for all of us! And it wasn’t too far of a walk to the beaches. Because it would freeze up, the AC couldn’t go below 73 degrees so the loft was always a bit too warm, especially the loft bedroom. The AC in the master bedroom was extremely loud. Some negatives were that the shower curtains and other areas had mold and the loft bathroom fan should be replaced as it didn’t work very well. we found a sewing needle in a chair cushion, there wasn’t a vacuum and the pots and pans should be replaced soon as they were difficult to get as clean as we’d like. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
Great place to stay, plenty of room, loved the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. Easy walk to pool and beach. Parking was easy. AC works great. Highly recommend staying here.
Beautiful place. Have everything needed for 10 people. Easy beach access, great pool. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of beach and pool toys in the closet on the balcony off the master bedroom.

My husband and I have been planning to bring our 5 children and our parents to Kauai ever since we had our honeymoon there 18 years ago. But finding a property that hit all the things on our list wasn’t easy to find- until I saw this listing! This condo is in a perfect location. There are so many shopping areas, restaurants, and beaches nearby- many within walking distance. The three full bathrooms as well as three king beds and three twins fit our group perfectly, with our youngest sleeping in the plan n play that’s provided (along with pack n play sheets). The washer and dryer and air conditioner were very much appreciated and we loved the gas grill right off the property as well. The pool is a 5 minute walk and was a crowd pleaser for the entire group. The amount of beach and pool toys provided is above and beyond what we’ve seen in former beach vacation rentals. The hose outside to rinse off dirty /sandy feet is very much appreciated to help keep the place clean The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with soap and other necessities, and we had even more bath towels and beach towels than needed. Impressive! There isn’t a beach view from the condo- but it was just a short 5-10 minute walk to a few different beaches. Waking up and having coffee on the lanai while watching the sun light up the sky and hearing the birds waking up was so special.Our family made very special memories in this condo and we’d love to return again some time of if possible.

We had a great stay. Super close to Poipu which made it an easy beach trip for the whole family! Had tons of equipment to use and the property owner was extremely responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend.
Beautiful 3 bedrooms Loft condo in Regency Villas. Family of 10 enjoyed walking to Brenneke and Poipu Beaches with outstanding boogie boarding and views of whales, dolphins, sea turtles and monk seals! Did not have the correct pool key/ key fob the first 4 days despite multiple communications with housekeeper/ manager. Jacuzzi was not cleaned on arrival.

Loved the unit. Lots of room, good beds. Feels solid. In good repair. Only thing it didn’t have was an ocean view.
Everything as expected and better except for some cleanliness issues (towels and floor could have been more thoroughly washed/vacuumed before we arrived). We had a fantastic week-long stay!
8 adults stayed in the unit. It was large and well equipped. Pool and hot tub are great! Close access to get on the beach. We waited out turn to use the grill. When it was available and we began, we were told we couldn’t grill because of the wind and asked if we didn’t read the sign. There was no sign up nor any on any close by grills. A very nice unit to stay in.
1st Sheila was great to work with. The condo was well equipped for our two young grandsons(under two) and granddaughter. Multiple pack-n-plays available, lots of pool toys and beach toys. There is even a great wagon for pulling all the gear down to the beach. There was a baby gate for the stair case. We had 3 couples and my Mom along for the adventure. Lots of room! Highly recommend this condo traveling with a group. We were 7 adults and 3 kids.
Very nicely maintained condo. Our family of 10 had plenty of space for everyone. We had a very enjoyable stay. We had always wanted to be able to spend more time at Poipu beach and this is definitely a large selling point for us. We walked down for sunsets and played in the ocean while watiching the sun come down nearly every night.The only advice I would add is that parking can be a challenge. It would have been better to bring only two cars so Security isn't constantly issuing warning tickets. Really it's a great unit. We loved it.
There were eight of us (ages 6 to 74) and the condo was a hit with everyone!
The condo had plenty of room, comfortable beds, laundry facilities, a gas grill, and was well stocked with paper products, toiletries, and for cooking.
The beach toys and beach towels are a nice touch. The beaches and pool are each a short (very pleasant) walk so the wagon was truly a gift.
FYI, we were able to park three cars, but it was tricky and required our constant attention to watch for "Guest" spots.
We would definitely stay at Michael's condo again! Thank you for a memorable vacation for our family.
The space was very welcoming as soon as we entered with Hawaiian music playing! Very clean and well equipped. We all had a very good time at the property and on the island!
Property was clean and well maintained. Close access to beach and excellent paths for morning walks. Questions answered quickly. 9 of us in group and plenty of space for all. Highly recommend
We loved staying at this condo, and will do it again!! It was so easy to get to two beaches!
The condo itself was spacious and had all the necessities! We enjoyed the use of boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and the wagon!
We had the perfect vacation with our sons, their wives, and a grandbaby. Other than a waterheater that started to leak, and having to take a few cold showers (things happen), our trip was absolutely perfect!!
We will stay here again should we return!

My family enjoyed this property. It was big enough to accommodate 2 families. The short walk to the beaches and pools were easy to do. We all really enjoyed our time in Kauai.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. A great condo, we could split kids upstairs and adults down. Two lanais and everything we needed for the week including chairs, boogie boards and coolers. The table was big enough for family dinners and the beaches are a quick walk down a beautiful path.

There were a few little things broken but overall the property was in good condition with lots of beach towels, toys... to use, a well stocked kitchen, and a great large refrigerator. The area is great since you can walk to a couple of different beaches.
