House was perfect for our family, and we appreciate that it came stocked with all the necessities (paper towels, laundry detergent, etc). Beaches in walking distance, pool and hot tub a short walk. Being right on the greenbelt was amazing. Highly recommend!

We found this house worked really well for three couples. There were three separate bed/bath areas, one with the laundry machines, and comfortable living and cooking areas. the house was easy to access and being on the pathway meant that it was convenient to walk to and from both Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach. Easy communication with the management office.

This is a nice home and well appointed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. The dishwasher needs to be replaced as it doesn't clean the dishes or dry them.The lanai was our favorite part of the home. We ate outside for every meal.The primary bathroom shower needs some work. The body sprayers are agressive, so you need to turn the controls just right to turn them off.The location of the home is perfect. It's close to Koloa and two golf courses. It's walking distance to the Hyatt, beaches, tennis and pickleball, pools and walking/running paths.
We had a lovely stay in Kauai! The house was exactly as pictured- we loved having dinner every night on the lanai overlooking the greenway and took advantage of the beautiful walking paths to nearby beaches. The house was appointed with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs, laundry and central AC. Easy communication and check in/check out processes made it a perfect escape for our family. We hope to be back soon!
The property was located to multiple beaches where we would walk or drive to. The house is well furnished and kitchen has what we need to make coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed sitting on the patio furniture outside in the morning. The beds are very comfortable. And we also loved that the house provided beach chairs and umbrella. Great home for our Kauai stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodation! Even better than the photos appear on the listing. Every room was spacious and well appointed. Location was amazing. Community pool access was better than expected as well. Few times that we contacted the the host they were helpful and responsive. Would absolutely recommend. Deserves the 5 star rating.

Amazing 3 bedroom home an easy and beautiful walk to either shipwreck or Poipu beach. The home is comfortable and beautiful with all the amenities you need. Two minor issues: lockbox combo was incorrect, garage is not included although listing says differently. We would all happily stay here again.
