This home is outstanding. It is a very high end property with beautiful lanai, kitchen, family room and bedrooms. The property is well maintained and very clean. All amenities needed for a weeks stay are included. I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a vacation rental.

There seven adults and two children staying for a week and could not have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived we were so glad we chose Wailani Kauai as our “home” for the next seven days. The kitchen was well furnished - everything we needed was top of the line. Each bedroom had a great level of comfort. Beds were comfortable- plenty of places to store clothing. The lanai was absolutely fabulous with plenty of seating and a wonderful view. Within walking distance to beaches and shopping. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!!! Better than expected!!! The home is GORGEOUS and is perfect in every way!! So much room and the rooms are spaced apart - so no noise at all!! The porch is to die for !! I could have just stayed at the house the entire trip !!!! So beautiful !! Will be back!!!

Our family of 7 stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed every moment. The view from the lanai, the comfy beds and couches and the close proximity to Poipu Beach and Koloa… The house was stocked with everything we needed. And, the communication with the management company was excellent. They’d respond immediately. Highly recommend this place for a large family or several couples.
The setup of the property was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3kids. The neighborhood was quiet. The deck had spectacular rainbows in the morning and views of the ocean. Highly recommend!
My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful home. The view from the lanai was spectacular. We even got to see a green flash with one of the sunsets… It’s location is absolutely perfect. You literally can walk to the beach and the neighborhood isimmensely

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is gorgeous, spacious, with a beautiful view in every direction. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and found the beds were very comfortable. Everything was luxurious. We were a short walk from the beaches, and a short drive to fun food and coffee. The management team was extremely responsive when we needed some help. We would definitely recommend this house.
Loved the house, location, and island of Kauai!!!
The house was large, well-supplied, and very comfortable. The great room had a breeze all day, and the connected lanai was wonderful for coffee in the quiet of the early mornings - not even too many roosters! The master suite was incredible with a firm bed that felt brand new. The little office on the main floor with computer hookups and a big leather chair to relax in just made the vacation for my husband. The rest of us enjoyed the breezy psithurism and the flower-laden scent of petrichor. I do need to mention the stairs, though. Yes, they were perfectly obvious in the photos so I can't say they were a surprise, but for several aging seniors, they really were quite a climb. Mahalo for a lovely holiday.

This was a trip we originally booked in 2020 but due to Covid and family schedules it was delayed 4 years!!! We finally made it to the beautiful island and were so very lucky to have found this wonderful home. First of all the views off the deck where we spent the majority of our time are spectacular, the deck was so special and the entire family loved it. The only complaints we have are the main room/kitchen not having AC made it a little uncomfortable in the afternoons and if we cooked anything in the oven. The bedrooms were perfect for our family ( only suggestion would be to have a tv available in all main bedrooms ). The home is absolutely amazing and we would definitely stay again during the cooler months. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing sunset and ocean views from the kitchen, bedrooms, living room and balcony. AC was definitely appreciated in the humidity. Everything was clean, functioning and customer service was excellent. Close to activities, beaches, shopping, etc.
The house is beautiful and we didn’t want to leave! The living areas are airy, inviting, and comfortably accommodated our family. The bedrooms are cozy and restful, and the master bedroom in particular is wonderful. The large lanai is the star of the show and where we spent hours sipping coffee (and later, wine!), reading rooms, and playing games. The perfect vacation accommodations!

Hale Makani Nui was the absolute perfect home for our Kauai stay. We are a family of 6 with 4 young adult children. The house and all of its details were great. True luxury living. For us the lanai off the living room was the feature that we most enjoyed, including the hot tub after long days away from the home. We traveled around the island quite a bit and found this location to be perfect, both for centrality to all things and proximity to great beaches and dozens of places to eat. I highly recommend this home and wouldn’t want to stay on Kauai again unless it was here.
Took the family to celebrate a 80th birthday for my father-in-law. The house was beautiful and a great location to the Poipu beaches.
Only gripes were that since you are on the golf course, the lawn mowers and leaf blowers start at 7am, so bring ear plugs or play lots of white noise. The only other issue was the inside stairwell. Since the stairs and the floors are the same wood, 3 people out of our family of 6 missed the last step and fell within the first day. Ended up buying painters tape and marking the last step which ended all falling
The home is stunning & our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Immaculate, well stocked including beach chairs & umbrellas. We enjoyed the hot tub and sunsets on the lanai & how close the shopping center was. Thank you, Wailani Kauai
Overall, our stay was great. However, the most concerning issue was that there are cameras on the property, both inside and outside that were not disclosed. After our stay I reached out to the property management and they stated that the cameras are disabled. However, I wish I knew of their presence on the property before I booked. All other issues were minor and the property manager addressed them promptly. The home was beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the Sonos system that was wired throughout the house. The home was well stocked with all the items needed for us to cook meals. The home was also very clean and all linens and terry were as well. Assuming the cameras are removed, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it, especially as an efficient location for activities on the south, west, and east parts of the island.

Overall a great house and would recommend. A few things to point out as we rent a lot of houses and have a second home. I would have more kitchen cooking accessories, make easier for a family of 5 (us) or larger to cook. Add cleaning supplies easy to find. If you are staying a place for 5 plus days you want to keep it up! and if your signature picture includes a fire pit, one would assume you can use the fire pit. is it safety issue? anyway thought the feedback would help
This house is awesome! Family of 4 with a 16 and 18 year old. They loved having their own rooms. Plenty of communal spaces for eating and relaxing. Hot tub on the Lanai in the evenings was great! Location was perfect for us. Close to beaches and restaurants and an easy day trip to the North Shore. Hosts were quick to reply to a minor issue that we had. Check in and check out was very easy.
