One bathroom didn’t look to be cleaned. Dishwasher needs to be properly attached to counter. The home was very comfortable. Linens and towels were great.Owner was very helpful ( especially helping us figure out A/C.Overall a very good experience. Thanks Kevin
We loved our stay! The home is just a few minutes from Poipu Beach, restaurants and shopping which was very convenient. Our family really appreciated all the beach toys and gear! It was nice to come home to our own little oasis in the backyard after a long day of swimming/snorkeling and exploring. The home is very clean, has all the amenities you would want and the owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Mahalo! :)
Kevin was a wonderful host. The property was great. It was within walking distance to multiple beaches…in the heart of poipu. Kevin was responsive to our needs in a quick and efficient manner!
We had the most amazing time at this home. Everyone room had an en-suite bath. The home was well equipped with everything you may need. The property is gorgeous and very private. Kevin is the owner of the property and lives nearby. I’m pretty sure he is a real life Angel! We had some issues with flight cancellations, car rental closed, and Kevin came to our rescue. We will definitely be back!
The layout of this home is perfect for our crew. Four daughters stay together in the room with two queens. The pool is an excellent amenity allowing us to spend mornings at the beach and afternoons napping and poolside. We came three years ago and like it so much we came back. We also appreciate access to the walking path to the Grand Hyatt. We used beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and boogie boards from the house. We are looking forward to our third trip.
Our stay at this Poipu gem of a property was absolutely phenomenal and exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and relaxed. The perks of this property are truly exceptional, starting with the rare heated pool. It was an absolute luxury to be able to enjoy a comfortable swim morning, noon, or night, regardless of the weather – a feature we truly appreciated.The whole-home AC was another incredible bonus, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay, especially during the warmer parts of the day. We also loved the privacy and convenience of on-suite bathrooms for every bedroom; it made getting ready a breeze and provided everyone with their own personal space. And for those who love to cook or just stock up, the extra fridge in the garage was an unexpected but incredibly useful amenity.Beyond the fantastic amenities, the property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a true sense of privacy and tranquility. We honestly can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise. A special shout-out to our host, Kevin, whose promptness in communication and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Some items in the house need to be secured and could be dangerous for children staying in the home. It could also use a deep clean undwr/behind some of the furniture it was a great location with lots of stuff cclose by for stroller walking and we had lots of funin the pool! thhome. It could also ise some deep lwa.

We always enjoy our time in Kauai but this time we decided to book a house on the south side of the island. The house was in the perfect location with a quick walk down to the shore each morning to view the sunrise over the water. The cliffside made a perfect path for a morning jog down to Poipu Beach to see the turtles and monk seals. The kids enjoyed splashing around in the pool to relax after a long day at the beach or hiking. We can’t recommend the rental enough!!
This property was great for our friends group getaway. Plenty of room to socialize or have privacy. We loved the tiny exquisite pool and drinks on the deck overlooking it. Location is ideal to walk to beaches, restaurants, and large resort pool. As others have mentioned there is a bit of deferred maintenance and traffic noise (as the main road is on the other side of a wall), but neither bothered us much. Kevin was extremely responsive and accommodating.
Close walk to beaches and some restaurants. House was big and spacious. Host was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Has all the essentials needed. Big back yard. House does have some deferred maintenance that doesn’t interfere with stay.
