These two properties were absolutely perfect for my family of 18! The houses, referred to as the “main house” and the “cottage”, accommodated our 15 adults, a seven-year-old, a four-year-old, and my four-month old grandson. The owners were very kind and helpful, offering a lot of referrals for activities and restaurants. Well before arrival, we were provided with the two garage codes and house rules. Nothing about the rules was unreasonable, but please note that there is absolutely no parking on the street around the houses or anywhere in the subdivision. We made the mistake of renting too many cars, so a couple of us had to take our cars over to the local shopping center each night and cross our fingers that they wouldn’t get towed!Both homes were exceptionally clean and well stocked with everyday items, as well as items we needed for a beach vacation, but that would be unreasonable to travel on an airplane with.The owners provided the following between the main house and the cottage:-14 beach towels-14 bath and hand towels with washcloths-8 beach chairs-2 coolers with wheels-2 beach umbrellas-Games and books-Lasko fans, for those of us who need one to sleep (I’m sure there were at least 3 between the two homes, maybe more)And many amenities that we were thankful for! We will definitely stay at this property again!
My family of 15 had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 5 families, including grandparents, youth and toddlers. We’ve travelled to Kauai several times as a large group and this has been our favourite house. We will be back.

Our family of 13 consisting of three generations ranging from 14 months to 72 years old had a fantastic experience in this top notch vacation home(s). The location was near excellent beaches and shopping. The furnishings and decor were comfortable and attractive. The home was spotless and all appliances were top of the line. Two dishwashers and washers and driers kept up with the needs of our Ohana. We would highly recommend this property for a vacation to treasure and remember.

This property gave 4 families enough space for separation when needed and enough large spaces to all enjoy each other. Most of what we did was within 10 minutes of this location, and 40 minutes was the longest drive. Biggest hit was the huge toad that lives in the drainage ditch and comes out after dark, closely followed by the beautiful stuffed octopus. I worried about the pool access - but the sliding glass doors were too heavy for the young ones to open. Pools, arcade games, ping pong. Excellent location, beautiful home. Perfect for our group with kids - but would be excellent for an older, more sophisticated crowd. Very simple directions for departure was also nice - start dishwasher, turn off, shut doors and lock up.

We have rented many vacation homes over the past 10 years for our family vacations, and these two homes were perfection. 10 adults and 8 children all had adequate sleeping space & gathering space. Most importantly the homes were clean and well maintained (which has not always been the case in our other experiences— even for very expensive rentals.). Our beds were comfortable, linens of quality, and a selection of pillows were wonderful for getting a good nights sleep. The kitchen literally had everything we looked for— spices, cooking tools, pots/pans, cutting boards, cookie sheets. The outside grill was clean and gas line ran directly from the house, so no running out of gas. The pools (large pool at main house and small pool/hot tub at Ohana house) were used daily & enjoyed very much. The upstairs game room was so much fun for the kiddos and was a hang out space for all of us. We mentioned we had a couple babies in our group and the property manager set up pack and plays for us. In the garage was a very organized system of beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests. Perfection really does apply to these homes. We have no complaints or even suggestions. Our time spent in Hawaii was delightful and having these two homes to stay at just made our experience the best yet.

We had a party of 16 family members staying in the two homes for a reunion. Management was responsive and helped me understand the layout so we could plan for who slept where. Great location. Walking distance to Poipu beaches, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen is well-appointed. The pool is heated; we enjoyed jumping in after beach time. This is a wonderful location for a large family.

These two homes on one property are in a great location with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We made most dinners at the bigger of the two homes since the kitchen and dining areas were more conducive to cooking and dining for all of us but having the space with both homes was perfect. Loved the backyard pool and the astroturf at the main house! Kitchen had everything we needed for all meals too which was really helpful. Great experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. It had everything we needed and enough space for all our guests where we can feel like we can relax and not be crammed. The pool was great and the fact that we had two was even better. When I needed to contact the company for little things here and there they were very responsive and took care of any issues very quickly. Great location and near many shops. Not to far from the beach. I would definitely book this property again in the future.
Family and friends gathered to celebrate our son's 30th birthday (the best excuse to visit paradise!). Our ages ranged from 4 to 68 and there was something wonderful about the property for everyone. We also enjoyed Halloween in Kauai - definitely a fun memory. The house comfortably accommodated all of us with room to spare.
This home was perfect for our family of 16. The pool was a hit with the kids. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of toys for the little ones as well as the cooler and beach gear provided. Highly recommend if planning a vacation with extended family.
