The property is located very close to the beach. They provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
There are stand alone AC units in each room. One quirk about this location is in the master bedroom, there is a screen that doesn't have a window pane. There are wooden panels that close on the outside of the screen, but these allow plenty of noise to come in.
Overall my family enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions.
This is a beautiful property. It is spacious, conveniently located and just perfect for our family. The gardens and grounds make you truly feel like you are enveloped into the island itself. We would stay here again, and would recommend this location to family and friends.

Easy walk to beaches and lookouts down the street for sunrises and sunsets. Enjoyed this immensely.
Short walk to ocean which is amazing. Only problems were ice didn’t work in frig and tv didn’t work in bedroom but otherwise it was a great place. Laundry room was great.
Very nice. but over-priced. Ice dispenser on fridge did not work, Full bath windows would not close,causing a loss of air-conditioning

Stayed here for over a month while on work travel. Amazing location in poipu. So close to the beach and nightlife. Tons of space in the unit. Air condition ran as needed. The laundry room had multiple washers/dryers. Never had to wait. Overall very happy with stay.
