This location is perfect. Close to the beach and to town. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Nice snorkeling and surfing minutes away.
Would definitely stay again next time we visit Kauai!

Condo was on the top floor (lots of stairs) but view was nice of the water. Small space but adequate enough . No really place to put beach gear, or hang laundry to dry (lots of rain while we were there). Wish it had a porch to enjoy the views better! Neighbor was a bit grumpy, and occasionally loud with herbal smell wafting over. No dishwasher (my fault for missing that in listing). Parking space was tight but nice to have covered spot. Overall ok rental for location.

The spacious and private apartment is in a great location, right near the beach and in walkable distance of restaurants, hiking trails and shops. The space was very well-equipped with anything we needed and the host was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in Poipu - we loved the proximity to the turtle resting spot. Not to mention the giant breaching whale show we got to see - I have never seen anything like it before. The parking was a little challenging with the support poles. The property served us well for cooking (we did see one giant cockroach but it kindly and quickly hid itself away - we understand this is a normal occurrence on the islands). The beds were soft (maybe a bit too soft for me). That said, we had a relaxing and fun vacation.
This property is managed by a professional rental company not by owner. The company was congenial and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We able not able to access the laundry room for a few days but they worked hard to resolve the situation. If choosing this rental be aware that the apartment like unit is located on the third floor and the VRBO service fee is charged separately. There also an additional fee to use a credit card as form of payment and alengthy contract. That being said the management company was good to work with. The keyless entry was appreciated. The outside unit looks fine, a little older, could be spruced up but the inside was clean and updated. Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and four umbrellas and snorkeling gear was an added bonus, as well as split AC units in each room. I would stay here again and the location was fabulous!

To start, I would like to give my genuine thanks for the attentiveness and patience Hawaii Life Rentals gave to my many questions and concerns regarding the stay and hawaii in general. They were quick to respond and provided so much useful information! This was my first real vacation with my parents and I really wanted everything as perfect as possible. The rental was clean, nice, and provided a lot of potential activities in walking distance for the Poipu area. Everything that was/wasn't provided was transparent so I was prepared when we got there. Check-in and checkout was simple! We were comfortable the entire time and my parents were happy!Other than the many stairs for my older parents (which I should've inquired about) and the door code not working sometimes, I have nothing really bad to say about this rental/owner. Thank you all so much, it was a great stay!
