Only a 3 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and more in the heart of Kahana. A large grocery store is just a 5-minute drive away. The small Kapalua airport is just a mile away. If you're a jet setter, you can hop on a quick flight to a neighboring island.
Pohailani Oceanside is 'Hotel' zoned and is intended for tourism. Therefore, it is safe from Maui's pending short term rental ban which could affect short term rentals that are in 'Apartment' zoned areas.
