Property was clean and easy to access. The beach chairs, cooler and toys was very convenient. The garage was nice to use for the rental car.

Unfortunately one of my packages I ordered arrived the day before we checked in and it was never to be seen again. I could tell it was delivered and placed in front of the door but who knows what happened to it after that. The people managing the property just said ‘this is why we don’t recommend sending packages here’. Also, not sure if it is stated above but the second bedroom does not have AC and is pretty warm. We did love the unit over all and the location was amazing!!!
This condo worked great for our family of 5. Just a couple things to be aware of:- condo backs onto fairly busy road where lanai sits. Although there is a nice tall hedge that provides privacy but not too tall that blocks wonderful views of mountains, there is some road noise,- second bedroom does not have air conditioning vents(weird), but windows open and allow cooling off in evening.Great kitchen and bathrooms!
Great town house, beautiful views, great garage, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, cooler and great location. We enjoyed our stay here.
A few things that weren’t so great- the king bed squeaked like crazy until my husband fixed it by reinstalling the slats. The non stick pans need to be replaced, it needs some fresh paint in areas, the place mats need to be replaced, and finally we were told there was an operable gym with a bike. When we got there the gym was being painted and the fumes made it impossible to healthily work out. There was not a bike and the elliptical didn’t work. Luckily Vacasa reimbursed us for what we had to spend on the local gym.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any major complaints that reduced our enjoyment of our stay in Kauai. The gym was a downer as my kids are professional athletes and needed to keep up on their fitness.
This condo was very clean and located in a nice neighborhood. The views out the back were beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here.
The home was very light and airy. The view out the window was extraordinary, And although you definitely would want a car to get around the area, the location worked very well for us.
This condo was confortable for a family of 5. It was very well equipped and located on a quiet street. We had everything for the beach which was super efficient. The only tiny down side is the terrasse is situated on a busy street but we manage to eat outside anyway. With the A/C on you can’t hear anything. I would definitely go back.
We loved this place so much the first time we stayed that we rented for a second year in a row. The condo is very clean and spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on the island. We can't wait to come back next year!
Exactly what we needed. cute two bedroom condo in a golf course community. Very clean and nicely appointed.
House was well equipped and beautiful. Patio had a beautiful view, private and confortable. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the 2nd bedroom was not ducted with air conditioning.
Very comfortable holiday experience! Enjoyed the every changing mountains views with our morning coffee on the lanai. The condo is well equipped and the furnishing contributed to the island vibe!

Had to give it a 4 star because of the patio facing the road but we knew that when we reserved it! Otherwise it was a 5!
PROS:
-Great location
-Garage stall was a plus
-The beach chairs, towels etc... was a great addition
-Spacious and a lot of natural lighting
-The view was nice
-Working central air
CONS:
-The door code provided did not work. Had to call Vasca customer service for assistance. They provided the key lock box code to use the physical key to get in.
-The beds are HARD. Not firm. HARD and uncomfortable.
-The pillows were musty and smelled of the previous renters or that they have not been washed.
-The pillows were not comfortable. They were worn in and flat.
-The master toilet seat was broken and in every use it would slide around and move. Because of this, we did not use it and had to use the bathroom on the other side of the condo.
-The white towels were stained with yellow coloring.
-The couch was slightly broken as it sunk in.
-The busy main road is right in front of the patio, so constant sounds of cars driving by making it not so relaxing.
-The cleaner entered the property 10 minutes before checkout time while we were still there with one knock without waiting and letting themselves in. Uncomfortable and not OK.
Overall, there are comparable rentals nearby in the same price range that I wish I would have gone with instead of this rental due to the busy road noise, hard bed, and easy fixes that were overlooked by management in turn creating a bad experience for our honeymoon.
The property was great. Had breakfast on the lanai each morning. Beautiful landscaping and fun birds joined us each day.
One problem, we had to call the neighborhood security twice as the upstairs residents had a loud party until 1:30 AM on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. They were responsive and not really the fault of the condo owner but worth noting.
