We had a lovely three-night stay at the Luxe 1st-floor condo with sunset mountain views, lanai, pool, hot tub, and gym.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need—from kitchen supplies to beach gear. They’ve thought of every detail, making it a very comfortable stay.
One thing to note: the unit is only partially air-conditioned. The second bedroom doesn’t have AC, so we used two fans to try to direct airflow into that room. It still stayed a bit warm, so just be aware that only the master bedroom and living room are air-conditioned. Unfortunately, VRBO doesn’t have a way for hosts to specify this, so we wanted to mention it for future guests.
Overall, we’d highly recommend this apartment! Great location and plenty of activities nearby.
This condo was very cute and comfortable during our stay in Princeville. The beds were comfortable and the mountain views were beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.
Home was fabulous, just as listed. Very comfortable and clean. Garage was added bonus.
Issue was getting in, as cleaning staff had locked the door handle lock leaving us stranded for 2 hours as we desperately attempted to contact Vacasa without success. No reply to text messages, emails or phone calls for at least two hours. At one point, we questioned if the company was a hoax. Really disappointed in our initial experience. Would confirm you have both the e lock and key code lock before arrival to prevent this situation from arising.
This home was very clean and organized. Very easy to get to and had all the necessary things we needed.

We truly felt at home here and would book again in the future! This place deserves more than 5 stars! Clean, comfortable, and cozy with everything you need + amazing location with waterfall mountain view’s ! Management communication was top notch which was very much appreciated. This stay is close to amazing beaches and near to Kalalau trail. I highly recommend this stay :) :)
Had an amazing time at this rental! Had a great time staying with my family there, from the location to the comfort of the home it really was just what we wanted for our vacation.
