Loved our stay at your unit. It had all the added bonuses of home. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Minimal road noise even so close to road. Wished we could have stayed longer.
This property is conveniently located near the coconut marketplace on the east side of the island. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are many dining options close by. The pool area was small but clean and if you got there early, there were places in the shade to sit. The staff was fantastic and dealt fairly with us over a water issue. It provided us with a budget option making the trip possible fo us.
Although this unit was advertised as updated with a garden view, the view was of a giant hedge that blocked out all the sunlight. The lanai only received minimal light throughout the day and backed onto the main highway making it very noisy. It also made the unit very dark. The unit itself was spacious with a well stocked kitchen. It also had AC which was necessary because we couldn't have the sliding glass doors open because of the traffic noise. The biggest drawback was that unit needed a good cleaning. The floors and bathroom were dirty. I cleaned the bath tub and toilet so we could use it but the bathroom fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
There are 6 buildings onsite and units are individually owned but managed by a property management company. The traffic noise could be less in some the buildings and the units facing the pool and the ocean would be sunny. Bottom line, check the buildings location before booking.
This was a great centralized location. We had shopping for souvenirs, food and even groceries within short walking distance. The hot tub was more of a warm tub and the pool was too chilly for me to use. But overall this was a great place to call home for 10 days!
The property was beautiful. It was by Coconut Market Place with shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and walking/biking path.
It was in the perfect location.

We absolutely loved our 9 night stay at Plantation Hale! I don’t even know where to begin because everything about our condo was more than excellent!Easy to book and communication with host- excellent. Always had plenty of parking. The condo is decorated in such a nice way- it feels like your own piece of paradise for your stay! I just felt at home there! Its spacious, looks brand new inside and has everything you would need and more (beach towels, coolers, umbrella, chairs etc). We enjoyed making coffee in the mornings and honestly didn’t cook as much as we thought we would , but fully equipped kitchen and all the gadgets !!We loved the central locations- wouldn’t be any more ideal location for traveling either north to princeville/Hanalei area or south to Poupi area. Also so much to do and see in Kaapa and close by. We walked to the coconut market place- at least once or twice a day to grab coffee, a meal, snacks etc! Also close walk to many restaurants like lava lava beach club! We loved waking up in the morning and walking to the sunrise on the ocean. We loved our stay and all our adventures on the island! Mahalo for having such a nice place to call home for our stay! I would definitely recommend this condo for stay- very comfortable, overall Aloha vibes, and a gem!! The only downside: I can’t stop wishing I was still there!!!!

We loved this place. Everything was perfect.
We stayed here for a week, and it was perfect for us. The place was very clean, and I’m picky, and felt very comfortable here. I was worried about bugs, we only had one run in but i had left food out. The place is by the beach, but the beach nearest to it is a little run down with odd fencing around it. However this is central to a lot on the island! Perfect for a budget friendly trip, and would stay again if I was looking in the same price range.

More concern for their interest and less for what they can do to inhance our stay. The air conditioner barely cooled as was annoyingly (defectively) loud.
Had a great stay at the Plantation Hale! Beautiful beach within walking distance. Everything was super clean and well stocked. Super easy communication with property management.
