We were looking for something that had easy access all over the island. This unit did not disappoint. The shops were nearby and easy to jump on main road to hit all our adventures. The pool and hot tubs were amazing after a day of hiking and snorkeling. Very glad we stayed here and would definitely do it again.
It was nice clean. had what we needed. Great price. Location was great too.
Excellent home base location to access multiple parts of the island. Close to beaches and nxt to marketplace for shops and dining options.

This was a pleasant enough stay but dated. The toilet didn’t work and the shower was iffy but there was good WiFi and television. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes and cookware. All in all, it was a reasonable, quiet, safe place to stay in walking distance of good shopping and the beach. I would go back.
The condo was not at all what I had expected, the unit was very dated and in disrepair. A lot of small things that could easily be corrected, things like missing towel bar, shower faucet handle just flopping around. The mini blind in the living room was pretty gross, rusty, dirty. The drapes were super wonky to open and close. Someone had what looked like stapled an extension cord to the ceiling, which was half falling down. The owners of this unit need to spend some time and effort updating, cleaning and repairing this room. I have stayed in places 100 times better than this for roughly the same amount. I won’t be staying here again.
Property was clean, and exactly as expected for the price range. Well situated, easy to get anywhere on island from here. Pool area also clean.
Wish there was a vacuum to help keep the sand cleaned up. The dresser drawers were dirty and could have been used since my luggage didn’t arrive on time and had to buy some new clothes.

Location of the complex was exactly what we were looking for and very clean. Although the specific condo was not on the highway side of the building it was facing the main entrance to the coconut market place. The unit included all the items we needed. The unit was older and could use some updates however that did not cause a problem for us.
The location was nice and easy access to tourist places. It was clean and the pools were well kept. It was nice to have the ACs in the rooms to reduce humidity. I would easily go back. Plus the added bonus of the house having boogie boards and beach chairs for use.
Great accommodation, kitchen was small but perfect for cooking some meals. Walkable to the beach, grocery store just up the road and great food near by.
Good accommodation for a short stay. Kitchen was well equipped, cleanliness ok. There were plenty of fresh towels and the beds were comfortable. However, the wifi signal left a lot to be desired.
Great location! Its very convenient that its about 10 minutes away from the airport and car rental (as we had many issues with our car and had to keep returning to the car rental place). Also, because we toured the whole island, plantation hale is about as central as you can get in kauai. And the coconut market place along with many cute shops within walking distance is an added bonus. Parking was also included and was literally steps from the front door. The decor and furniture were quite outdated, however, but it had everything we needed (including beach supplies!) There were 2 ac's that kept us nice and cool. Most importantly, our host was very quick to respond! Even gave us a call to make sure we got everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!
This is a wonderful place, plenty of space, walk to beach or market. Can drive anywhere, see north or south!

This property is conveniently located near a market place with restaurants and a ABC store in case you do not have a vehicle.
Cabinets and drawer could use a little work, but other than that, my husband and i enjoyed our stay very much!
very old building old appliances that work new tvs with new cable system wifi seems to be ok has ac added to both rooms fairly quiet from traffic noise
We had a great stay, good support from our contact. Property a little dated, but they are working on updating. Hot tubs not working the first night, over-chemical’d the second night. We enjoyed our stay!
This unit needs some work. Placing a beautiful granite counter top on cabinets that are well over 50 years old id ridiculous. Some of the kitchen drawers are in need of repair. There are no potholders in the kitchen which make it difficult to use the oven, also, no dish towels. Severe lack of eating utensils. The counter top in the bathroom is cracked and should never have been installed in such condition. The windows in kitchen and adjoining room are filthy and in disrepair. Also, the unit has a cockroach problem.
Lovely place conveniently located near the beach, shops and restaurants.
The host has been very responsive and nice.

Great place for the busget!
The property is disgusting. The kitchen was dirty with broken drawers. The refrigerator was nasty with a rusted door and looked like it was picked up from the dumpster. The rug was dirty with stains. The sofa bed was broken. The bathroom was dirty and also had broken drawers. This place should not be listed for rent. The people at the front desk are helpless and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
