The resort is conducting a sewer line replacement project between January 5, 2026 - February 16, 2026. Work hours are 9 AM - 5 PM. During this time there will be no access to the front door. You may access the lanai through the gate with the code provided. There may also be water shut offs during this time. Advanced notice will be given if possible.
The property comes with a Partial AC (window AC located in the bedroom).
