Air conditioning works good split t stats which is great ..place is super clean and modern ..pillows and beds super comfortable
Overall check in and out was easy. Minimal utensils in kitchen but sufficient. I recommend better lighting outside so guest can see house numbers better. Diverter valve on upstairs shower wasn’t working properly. Not a big deal but it should be repaired or replaced.
My family and friends were visiting for my wedding and couldnt of had a better time. This property was beautiful and very well maintained. The wedding was at shipwrecks beach which was minutes away from the property. We would definately stay again!
We brought our young adult children and their friends/partners on this trip to Kauai. The unit and entire property far exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean with modern amenities and extremely comfortable beds. The location was very conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would absolutely refer friends and family and would enjoy going back myself! We very much enjoyed our time.
This condo made for an awesome family vacation. It is in an excellent location, 5 min drive anywhere in Poipu. The condo is a short walk to the pool area and grilling area. The condo itself is clean, quality and loaded with everything you need. The managment team was attentive, helpful and friendly. The major con is the price. For us, it was very expensive. I wish you didn't have to pay so much for quality on the island.

The coffee pot is broken. It just make a mess and no coffee. The outdoor hose is broken. Hard to clean up after going to the beach. The washer/dryer need some deep cleaning. Other places we have traveled too have signs to keep the washer door open to avoid mold. I have front loaders too and understand the extra maintenance . The location and the rest of the unit was great.
Super clean home with furniture that is both attractive and comfortable. (twin bedroom is larger than it looks in photos) The back porch is lovely, albeit without much of a view. Community pool and grills are nearby. Parking for one car in garage. My one negative was the lack of some items in the kitchen....no fruit squeezer for island cocktails, not enough spoons for the group, no large bowl or pitcher etc. It didn't, however, stop us from enjoying this great property!
