I was very impressed with this unit. We love to cook and I wish unit has some better cooking equipment. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained property. Loved staying here! The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is when we arrived the water was completely shut off - not working at all! It is a problem apparently all over Kauai with new rules they have for water conservation. Something "tripped" our system and shut off the water before we ever got there. It was a bit of a hassle talking to the customer service number and getting someone local to actually solve the problem. But once I FINALLY was able to talk to the local manager he was very helpful and apologetic and he reset the system to get the water turned on. Everything else - location, cleanliness, furnishings, perfect.
The property is modern and clean. The layout didn't work for what we needed but we made do. We thought the master was downstairs but it was upstairs so my parents had to sleep in twin beds which was not ideal. The complex was well maintained and very quiet.
Perfect spot for a family getaway. Exactly as described. Close to shops, restaurants, and beaches.
This is by far the cleanest rental we have stayed at! Well appointed/updated. Had everything we could think of needing. Beds/pillows were comfortable (we didn't use the day bad in the loft area). Our questions were addressed promptly. Location was great! Check out Crumb and Eat It and Paco's Tacos. Starbucks very close for the addicts. Pool on property was good size with plenty of seating and gym was sufficient. Thanks so much!!
We enjoyed hitting all the great spots in South Kauai from this wonderful home base.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Spotlessly clean, except that the wonderful housekeeping staff that cleaned Pili Mai 13G said they didn’t find a backpack we forgot on the bench in front of 13G.Info in the condo said things happen and will mail lost items, we pay cost. Totally reasonable. However we called within an hour of check out .Took several tries to get through, then person we spoke to really didn’t care. The other two units on that floor checked out before us. The bench is not visible from below, how did housekeeping say they didn’t find anything. Asked if there’s security camera footage. Haven’t heard anything back at all. Bummer, otherwise a fabulous place to stay.
Beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on during a vacation. Amazing location, close to food, coffee, and beaches!

Property was clean, well kept, in a great location, and had everything we needed. We were very pleased and would absolutely recommend!! We had such a great time here!!
We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of the property. Having a separate space for each of our children was wonderful when we came back from a busy day at the beach.
Loved this beautifully maintained condo. Peaceful and quiet (except for the omnipresent chickens!). Clean and superbly maintained.
Great location with resteraunts, shops, and beach close by! Plenty of room for our family to spread out in. We saw seals and turtles on the Poipu beach daily…great location to be the base for all our adventures!
We loved our stay at Pili Mai. It's a great complex with basically brand-new units and amenities. The condo was clean and well-appointed, with all the things we needed.
It's spacious, with plenty of room for us and our kids, as well as gorgeous views from every window. It's also a 3 minute drive from the beach and walking distance (~5 mins) to a mall with coffee shops and restaurants.

Fantastic stay. Very tidy home walking distance to lots of lovely shops and restaurants and not far from an incredible beach. Woke up to the sound of Kauai chickens and a stunning view of the ocean in the horizon. Perfect for our family.
Excellent condo and amenities. Very nice place! Thank you for the use of the beach chairs, boards and cooler in the closet!! The only negative issues centered around the rental property company. They responded promptly via text but with token responses which did not address our questions. I would not advertise this condo as "ocean views" as you could barely see the ocean... this is not important to us but it might be with a future renter. Rental company did not supply enough shampoo or conditioner for our family and we ran out by Day 2 of our 5 day stay. Not a big deal but I recommended they encourage renters to bring their own supply. Lastly, they provided barely enough bar soap and toilet paper... we were down to the last few strips when we checked out, but we made it! :)
This unit was very clean and comfortable. All of the appliances were up to date and well maintained. Easy access to everything needed. Perfect stay for us!
They had practically everything you need. It was like a home away from home.
Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We didn’t spend a lot time there because there is so much to do in Kauai, but the time we spent in the home was comfortable. Kitchen had the tools we needed too and there were a couple games in the cabinet which were very much appreciated as we forgot to bring our own. Thank you for the very nice stay!
