Just a 4 minute walk to the white sand beaches of Charlie Young, Kam I,II, III, and numerous restaurants and shops. Relax by the pool or just sit back and enjoy your favorite books on the private lanai.
The newly finished kitchen has everything you will need for the gourmet cook! We also have a sleeper sofa (queen size) in living room.
Complimentary beach chairs, A/C in both living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, long distance calls to U..S. And Canada, and free parking are a plus.
Nothing is too far from Maui Vista.. famous Wailea golf courses are less than 10 minutes away for those who enjoy golfing. Walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive less than 20 minutes to Maalae Harbor to catch a boat to go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from Dec.-Apr) or on a relaxing sunset cruise.
The complex is located minutes away from shopping areas that will take care of all your vacation needs. There are a total of three buildings and each building has its own pool & tennis courts, also barbecue grills. This spacious complex is approximately 8.8 acres with lots of parking available all year round.

Recently returned from an amazing stay at this Maui Vista condo. Larry and Carol were wonderful hosts. They were flexible with requests, responded to any questions quickly, and even contacted me first to offer an early check in since the unit was not occupied on the day we arrived. The condo is perfectly located near the beach and various restaurants, shops etc. We were so excited to see that the sun set right in the middle of the view out to the ocean (our stay was in early January) and we could see spouts from whales in the distance as we ate breakfast on the lanai in the mornings. The kitchen was SO well-stocked with anything needed to cook at home. We would absolutely stay here again!!

This unit was as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer in the unit is a real plus. This is the second time we have stayed in Kihei at the Maui Vista and really like it. It is within walking distance to a number of beaches and places to eat. Charlie Young Beach is right across the street and in our opinion is one of the nicer beaches on the island.
Larry and Carol were great hosts and responded to every inquiry in a timely fashion. We had no problems and would recommend this unit.

Condo is directly across the street from Charley Young Beach. Super convenient location to all the highlights in Kihei. Condo is very clean, updated and nicely decorated with a super comfy bed:)

What a wonderful Maui vacation! Your condo had everything we could hope for or needed. My husband and I loved this space. It was the perfect home base for all our honeymoon adventures. We thought the Maui Vista complex was perfect (steps away from the beach but also at the end of busy South Kihei road so not as bad traffic). The condo was exactly as advertised, super clean and had all the cooking tools you could ever want! We also really liked having the passcode entry door, no keys on the beach! Larry and Carol were so easy to communicate with throughout the lead up to our stay and made everything easy.
We would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect location. Short walk to beautiful beach & lots of restaurants & shops are easily walkable to.
